This is a discount store aimed at young folks. An awful lot of the outfits were date night type stuff. Honestly, I'm totally out of it when it comes to late teen - 20 something fashion but a lot of the outfits on the mannequins were somewhat ugly and in dubious taste. You can of course sort thru the stuff and create your own outfits but it seems like you'd be working against the current. I thought I'd find outfits better suited for me in the Plus sizes but nope. Prices were very reasonable. I spotted a lot of items between 10-20 bucks. But the material was flimsy. The style would be difficult to wear unless you went up an size and put on lots of underlayers. Made the mistake of buying my luxury items at this establishment last night. Way too small though I purchased a large. I buy dupes and review them at lolos dupes and ghetto hookup up but this proprietor said there would not be a exchange due to these being intimates. They are pajamas. Nothing different then pants and blouse. No mo $$ from lolo. read more

Shop is full of great items. I had a great time shopping! Christy and Michelle had the best customer service. They stayed busy with keeping the floor clean and in order and also assisting customers. I will definitely come back to shop. The only negative comment I will add is that I was not greeted when I came in, but once that particular person, that I didn't mention, saw I purchased something she said "have a good day" when I was leaving. Customer service is a rare unicorn that graces the world with its beauty once in a blue moon. To enter and exit a satisfied customer is a service industries dream. Unfortunately, this establishment is the nightmare you cannot wake up from. I opened the door, to be greeted by the backside of a woman service person. She did welcome me in but that would be the last interaction I would have with any person. (Even at the register). I walked around the store and not one person came to ask if I needed help finding anything. The women were to busy being personal shoppers for one customer only. Every time I was even looked at, it felt as if I was not welcomed. I finally walked to the register, and the young lady working it just stared at me as if I'm a peasant in her space. She was waiting for another customer to come back to finish her transaction.... so I politely moved to the side and waited ...... And I waited, and waited , and waited , until maybe 3 mins later, a service person finally asked me "Was I using debit". I replied yes and she rang me up. Manager refused to do an online exchange for me, tried "making me feel dumb" & told me to read the back of the paper which I did & it said exactly what I was saying about the return policy. She obviously doesn't know how to do her job & upset about her life. Called customer service & they also backed up what I was saying, I might as well work there over the current manager. I will never step foot much less spend another dime in this store. Went in this past Friday with my daughter, no one greeted us. The moment I stepped in the store I felt all eyes were on me. Within seconds, this lady came up said hello to my daughter, I spoke said hello she completely ignored me. I'm assuming she was an employee, she was pretending to fix the clothes on the racks, everywhere I went she went, so obvious that she was following me. I LOVED rainbows until Now ! I went in here yesturday just looking for 1 pair of pants ! And when i say i rather SHOP ONLINE ! I will be doing all my shopping online. I am writing you to express my deep frustration with your Vallejo, CA store and customer service line. I bought some merchandise from you on 12/27/18. I asked the cashier how long I had to return it. She told me  30 days. I went to return it and was told that I would be getting a merchandise credit.  I called customer service and tried to explain the situation and she rudely told me the same thing. I tried to explain that the return policy on the receipt is conflicting and poorly written.  She did not try to understand what I was saying. I asked for a manager and was told that there were none available. I asked the store associate for the district manager' s name and phone number and was told that it was a private cell phone and that I could not have it. What kind of company does not provide a  number for their district managers to resolve matters at the local level. I was disappointed when the two stores closed in my hometown of Fairfield, CA but having this experience I can definitely understand now. They are young people who works there the manager was nice, so we never countered any bad vibes or rude workers. The clothes are great for teenagers but there's some cute stuff for my age. I like the clothes here. Great prices. Yeah, changing rooms are a bit dirty, no biggie for me. Some of the staff are very friendly, others not so much. I love rainbow stores. This one in particular wasn't so great my first time in. I recently came a couple days before the Black Friday sale. Walking in I wasn't greeted by anyone. There was a lot of chatter amongst employees. I was looking for a shoe they had on display asked a young lady for help and she brushed me off and pointed to the shoe area.
