Ross once upon a time was not a store I took a liking to. Now we love it. My son seems to have more luck with finding cloths than I do. But my wife loves it. This store definitely has a rhythm so you'll need to discover your local Ross rhythm for when cloths are out on the floor. read more

This store is very unorganized and a mess. I'm unsure how this place has stayed open so long. A ton of rude employees work at this location. I was at the register and they were being extremely rude to a new employee working her first transaction. This employee was very nervous and apologetic the whole time to me for taking long. I worked in retail and was in no rush but when she went to ask questions the other employee male and young was so rude. They were annoyed at her for asking questions she was so frustrated she wanted to cry. I just kept reassuring her that I was not in a rush to take her time. This employee made the comment when that she was going to quit the job. I felt terrible for her and would have offered her a job if I could. This is unacceptable for anyone to be little someone for asking for help and not helping on the first transaction at the very least. read more

this ross is disrespectful and disgusting! cashiers are so so mean! customer service sucks here because they are so worried about all the trashy people that come in and steal! not to mentions how unorganized this place is and it smells so bad when you walk in! i've definitely seen better rosses but this one... really is gross. so many sketch people in there as well i never feel safe! read more

I don't like to leave a bad review but... I wish Marshalls would be near by. First, poor customer service. I tried to bring purchased goods to the parking lot with a cart because I have big stuffs in, but an employee just yelled at me "no cart outside!!!!" So, I needed to carry them back and forth but no one helped me. Another customer was doing the same, but an employee was just yelling. No help. Second, I bought a matching card to my toddler, but it was obviously returned item. Looked like previously opened. I understand the concept of the store, but marshalls is better. Finally, many products look scratched or partially broken. read more

It's not a Nordstrom, still I love this store! Such good deals and typically really friendly staff. Temper your expectations, If you go in expecting a lot of variety and some occasional great finds you will be pleased! If you go in looking for something specific you may or may not be successful. It's the best place for me to put together a cute birthday gift for a friend or grab decor for an upcoming holiday for a good price! read more

Rude racist Manager. She followed us around the store, rudely asking if we're ready to pay. She was only following us (we're Mexicans and have tattoos). The first thing the cashier says is that "we've had a lot of walkouts so that's why". If that was case why was she only following the Mexican with tattoos? PEOPLE OF COLOR. read more

I've had some good luck at this Ross when it comes to gifts and items I needed for an outdoor wedding. I have to agree with other Yelpers regarding their clothing inventory. The men's was very sparse when I was here last. Literally only four pieces of men's athletic pants and a handful of large boxers. That being said, there are some good finds in there. Customer service has been hit or miss for me. I did have a nice conversation with the employee that helped me on my most recent trip. The store is clean and in a convenient location. I'm sure I'll be back at some point. read more

Well, it's all fine and good that things are less expensive than big box stores, but good luck finding the size/shape/color/etc you want. The stores are barely filled with merchandise and smell funny to me. I don't have high expectations of customer service walking into this kind of establishment, so I haven't really noticed if people are exceptionally rude or not. We just heard 1 fitting room employee telling customers how bad she hated her job, and the other one treating us like criminals and demanding we hang up all our clothes in front of her even though we just held them up for her and counted them. I just overheard this same employee telling a co worker that someone in Women's had a question & shes "sure as hell not going over there". Classy, Ross. Where do you find these people?? read more

Rude customer service. Go somewhere else that likes having customers. There are plenty of other options where your business is valued.

The clothes aren't the problem but the customer service. When you go to try on items you are blatantly treated like a potential criminal. When entering employees spent a decent amount of time scoping each individual item as if I was smuggling something in. Then as I was exiting with the same few items searched through those too before allowing me out. I felt one step away from a pat down. Very odd an uncomfortable. Dreadful. Went in to buy 3 rugs. They had 2. I asked if they could look and see if another store had a third or could they just call jantzen beach and see if the store there had 1. I was told no they dont have anyone at the other store that could go look and no system to look at inventories at other stores. Is it not 2019? What retail business cant and wont do that? Manager actually said I would have to go there...so I drove to the store in jantzen beach where I walked in to see this guy maybe security yelling at this poor employee. Then he turned to me...I bought the 2 rugs and brought them in w me to match...He yelled" you want an exchange ?"I explained if they didnt have one Id want a refund. Store was a horrific mess....and selection of rugs was nill. I then weaved thru a maze of crap to find the cash registers and refunded both rugs. Ill never return to any Ross store. Gross. And no customer service whatsoever. read more
