These weren't worn-out items. Many pieces were either unworn or in excellent condition. They called us back and said they decided not to take anything due to the "condition." Three full bags. All rejected. It was honestly a huge waste of time -- especially when you take the effort to carefully select higher-end, on-trend brands. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue. Safe to say we'll be taking our business to Plato's Closet from now on. If you value your time and have quality brands, you might want to consider doing the same. Sometimes clearance is super cheap and sometimes not, depending on the product. The colors and style are very boho type and I love it! Staff is super nice, always greet you when you enter and leave. Changing rooms are locked so you have to ask staff to Open the doors, and they are sometimes busy, so you have to wait, though they do their best to not let customers wait. Jewelry is nice and goes on clearance too. If you like something and need a size that store doesn't have that moment, they will look online in other stores and can reserve for you. There is a huge parking lot, but if you park close to the store, be aware while backing the car as it's a busy area especially due to Mexican restaurant next to the store and Family Dollar and Albertsons around.. The Black Friday deals were decent, they were similar to deals they have during the fall/winter season. I love buying sweaters/winter wear here, the quality is good and the prices on sale are reasonable. My friend and I were able to pick up a couple here as well as gifts for Christmas. Due to Kohl's being packed the dressing rooms were limited so we waited to try on clothes. I don't like that they closed down some of their dressing rooms, I hope they bring them back. Apart from their sales, their coupons and kohl's cash are good incentives to return.

She told me she could not sell the product, because the tags are wrong on them. She also told me that people are changing tags. I told her I don't have anything too do with other customers. She told me they keep an eye on they one that keep doing it. I would have to come back next week ,to buy them because they must fix the tags. She acked like I changed the tags. I kidly explain to her I have not changed any tags. She told me I never said u did. I told her nicely I wanted to make sure that she knew that. Please understand that the Spanish customers can go changed tags on Goodwill products and mangers never say anying to them. They can ask the manager can u lower the price. The manger of thier color will .I am not the only costumer that have seen this. Other race can ask the Spanish mangers at this store can, they lower the price on a product that is broken or damaged. They will say we can't its against our store policy. If That is very wrong and not fair to me.I ask her are u saying I was changing tags. She tells me no and I never said that. I called the store later and ask for my money. She said u can't come back to the store. I am very sick of all of the Race discrimination. It's not my fault she doesn't like black people. I pulled back plastic that was put over the old DVD player to see if it was damaged. Then I looked through it to make sure it had all the card and the remote control.I pull the card out and took it over to plug it in to make sure it works. It came on. I went over and took tape off the old coffee pot so I could tape the card to the old DVD player. So she accused me of stealing.I'm still in the store. I asked her, let me see the video tape. She tells me it's against company policy to let a customer look at it. She tells me I never said u did anything. She only acked disrespectful to me when I called the store. She never acked disrespectful in person with me. People should stop giving Goodwill stuff if their manger going to ack out. She told me I am going to show the police the video. I ask her can I come back to your store and see the video with the police . She tells me no u can't its against company policy. But she keeping to me I never said that u did anything like that on our video. I told her you're accusing me of crime and you refuse to let me see the video. She said , again , I never choose you of anything. My two grandchildren they are mix with Spanish and my sister is also .My sister children are Spanish and White. I would give my last breath for them. What I don't understand is why can the manager see thier on race take of price tags off Goodwill products ,and it has not been taken to the cashier to be paid for. The Spanish customers are walking around with the price tag that should be on product .So other customers can not pick it up and buy it. The Spanish customers taking the tags up and pay for it later .Let any other race do that and they will be kicked out the store or the Police Department will be called on them.Some of the employees at this location told me this year in 2026 that mangers forc them to have thier friends and family members to write good reviews on this store. If the employees don't do it thier work ours will be cut low.One of the female employees that work here at this location told some of the customer, that mangers only care about thier yearly work bonus and not theWhitePEOPLE ,or Black People. As well they are made to work off the clock sometimes and they don't always get thier lunch breaks the employee told us. Some of us that are customers was told by an employee at this store, if they didn't show afavors for Spanish people and thier manager family they could lose thier job or work ours cut low.Prices are being made cheaper for a lot of the Spanish customers. I do know that mangers thier are big bully to other race. If u call the corporate office they will always take up for thier store mangers. When customers speak out on mangers at this location the mangers will tell u don't come back to the store location or they will call the police on u. One of the mangers here told me stupid White people and Black people should get out of the USA and she hate ICE!!!!She told me the Spanish People are going to work with the Muslim people and take American back.The Spanish will take the USA from the Muslim People in the long run.She told me Trump should be shipped with all the White People and Black people. Because they have destroyed the Spanish people country and land.This is was thier land befor the White PEOPLE took it from the Spanish race. I love getting stickers, scrapbook paper and card stock paper from here. I haven't had any issues with the quality of the products so far.
