My experience is with pickup and I had no problems at all! The items were all in stock and the pickers gave me great items that weren't smooshed or cracked. store was absolutely filthy from the time I entered and tried using one of the handicap electric riding carts, all were dead and filthy as well as the store in general, including the restrooms, etc. Saw many employees on their cell phones talking or just chatting with one another. I was treated like a criminal at the wal mart at Westchester Blvd (Tarrant county) the attendant come and told me I had items that weren't scanned. She started going through my bags. Then a lost prevention person came over and started looking also. The lost prevention lady then took off with my carton bags and told me to follow her. We went to a register that had a person there. She was closing but was told to recheck my items. By this time I'm starting to get a little irritated with the whole situation. I am 65 yrs old and don't think I should be doing their job by checking and bagging my items.she finished checking my items . I told her I didn't want a damn thing from Walmart. I couldn't believe I was being harassed by 4 Walmart employees. I will never shop at a Walmart or Sam's club again. I'd rather pay more money somewhere else and leave with dignity. The traffic through this particular Walmart is incredible! I shopped today, a Sunday afternoon, with fine weather but no particular holiday or seasonal demand on a retail store. The place was stocked in every department except at the front end. Department 82 snacks candies and trifles, Must have a hard time keeping up with the customer volume. Although the store has a very large number of self service check out counters on each end, and full service registers in between those, customers may need to come armed with patients and stand in line a couple minutes. read more

Easily the worst Walmart I have been to. The customer service is not just bad form the cashiers it's literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashiers literally don't even greet you when it's your turn in line. At all, ever. From the young men to the young ladies it's like they have never even been taught basic customer service 101. Now "how are you doing today" no eye contact, nothing. The complete lack of awareness by the staff on how bad they actually are is astounding. No understanding of engaging personally with the customer, it is no wonder they are rapidly replacing manual checkouts at this location with self checkouts. Even the grocery pick up was so horribly managed we stopped using it due to high wait times upon arrival. (Excess of 30min) To the Managers: This problem comes from the top down, I frequent this store weekly as a local resident. If customer service isn't on the top of your "to do list" in getting the staff at this location properly trained/coached on this, this store will continue to deteriorate. Please teach your people basics of human interaction and customer engagement. This location is literally a case study on poor customer service. read more

The store is too small, hot, crowded, overrun with pickup order fillers. The inventory is hit or miss with necessities being out of stock. The store shelves are constantly being reorganized and moved around, causing shoppers more time to find items. I'm at a loss as to why this store is so poorly run. There's a nice, huge, fully stocked HEB in Hudson Oaks. That's where I'm taking my money. Walmart is failing the community. read more

This Walmart location is nice and clean, it looks well organized and the parking lot isn't too bad. Because it is the closest big grocery store around this area I feel their stock tend to run low in few items but still a good place to shop, they have a bit of everything and have saved me some trips to HomeDepot for example which the closest is on i35 and Basswood which is a good drive. 5 stars for now but I'm still new in this area and have been to this Walmart not too many times. read more

While there are tons of employees- there's hardly anything in stock. Granted, I've never had a bad customer service experience until today. I'm a makeup person. I really enjoy the lashes I can get from Walmart. They're decent enough in quality and end up costing less than going to a high end store like Sephora or Ulta. Recently, Walmart has started putting security latches on their lashes. You have to ask an employee to help you get the ones you want. I approached a man who looked like a manager, and he then asked a near by employee to assist me. They were both sweet. She informed me she didn't have the device(I guess it's just a magnet?) to get the lashes down, but would find someone who could. I waited and then a younger employee approached. Her explanation was: the manager who has the ability to get the lashes down isn't here right now. They have no idea where the magnet is to retrieve the product I wanted to purchase. Sorry. This was just my experience. You would think a company would want to be able to sell their products? I would like to say I won't be returning, but this Walmart is the closest to where I live. Consistently out of items not just in one particular section of the store but all over you see nothing but out of stock items. Ever since the grocery pick up started keep your eyes open so that you don't get ran over by employees. They have one goal in mind and it's not your safety. I am over 50 and have lived in several locations and am familiar with many Wal Marts. This one is by far the best for many reasons. I am never more than second in line to check out. Except maybe at the pharmacy but it's not bad. The optical center is beyond wonderful. I care for my invalid mother who lives with me. We did manage to get her to her eye doctor but she was too weak that day to go get her new eyeglass prescription filled. When I told Crystal about my situation she offered to come to my house nearby and fit my mother's glasses! It actually took 3 visits to make mom happy and she was just super! read more

It's clean, it's nice, it's a Walmart. Had one issue at this store, it was concerning online order pickup, they had marked an item ready for pick up, so I got on the app, marked that I was there and it was still on the truck, not even in the store yet. They were very hard working to try and fix it, but it was a let down. (It was before Christmas, maybe 1-2 weeks) I came back two days later and got my item then. Friendly staff, shelves are stocked, isles don't seem to be blocked with restocking during busy hours. If you want to shop at a Walmart it seems to be a dandy one to shop at. read more

This is the best Walmart I've been to. It's a new Walmart and extremely clean. Most people would consider it out in the "country". Due to this, it is never busy. I've been here various times over the weekend and no one is there. Best thing about this Walmart? They always have plenty of lanes open. They also have 6+ self checkout lanes as well. read more

This really is one of the nicest Walmart stores I've been to. It is still somewhat new, so hopefully they can keep it looking nice, especially since this area is experiencing some growth/development. The bathrooms are big & usually very clean - one of the few public restrooms I don't cringe at upon entering. The aisles are wide, always well stocked, & I've never encountered a rude/unfriendly employee. I often opt to drive the extra miles to come here in order to avoid the Saginaw & Lake Worth Walmarts. This store is less crowded (even on busy days) & they seem to have more variety of items over other stores. Overall, a very nice store & I seriously hope it stays that way! read more

Cleanest Walmart I've ever been too. Since jt is kind of in the middle of nowhere, this place is always 90% less crowded than all the others in the area. We always go here since it is our closest store. Never have anything out of stock and the employees are usually very nice. Not the brightest, but very nice none the less. Guess I can not complain. This is, by FAR, the nicest and cleanest walmart I have ever been to. Their produce was freshest of all walmart locations I've ever been, too. The store was very clean, as was the parking lot. It's brand new, so I would expect that it would be. The shelves were fully stocked. The cashier was friendly. The best part was that were far less people here than at any other walmart location, too. This store started out great but has gone downhill in recent times. Besides stocking issues which I know are sometimes due to supply chain, but when I can go to the walmart in keller and find my items, I know it's not a supply chain issue but a management issue. Store is too filled with order pullers that think they own the place. They forget that the people in the stores are customers and should try to not get in the customers way constantly. I went this Sunday and the produce section had ZERO produce bags. Two managers near the area had no solutions or the forethought of going and finding some. The last few weeks at this store I have also noticed black mold growing on the freezer doors in the breakfast items. They are not a 24 hour store anymore due to covid and the closed time was so they could clean the store better due to covid. Guess that stopped. BLACK MOLD. The management does not seem to care there anymore. The front of the store has light reflectors hanging down that have been that way for years. This store was once the cream of the crop. Guess I will drive the 10 miles to Keller instead. read more

Multiple times i go to pu prescriptions and it's usually 30 minutes to an hour later. They visibly ignore the pharmacy drive up! I don't know why they just don't staff it or close the pharmacy! I could go on with other areas but once the kroger opens in saginaw we will move all of our business there even if it is farther and we spend more money. read more
