I have been a client of Allstate for quite several years now, and I have to say I have been very satisfied with the services my agent and his office staff provided to me every time I called in regarding my concerns both homes and auto insurance need. I have never seen my agent Victor Bautista, but I felt like I knew him forever because he made me feel comfortable discussing with him any concerns I may have. Recently, I am involved in a claim involving a condo (unit above mine) a leaking bath tub through my bathroom ceiling and wall. I was very frustrated with the matter for not being able to get a hold of an adjuster, did I think of asking my agent Victor for advise/help. When I called Victor, he offered to take care of the matter for me giving me constant peace of mind. I really appreciated Victor's help with my claim even though my condo in question is not insured with Allstate. After discussing with Victor about my claim, he made me feel I was in good hands with Allstate/Victor. I learned now a lot from Victor about condos/HOA/claims related matters, thanks to Victor! My recent move was very stressful, except for the awesome customer service and assistance I received from Jenny Islas. I had 10 days between being approved for my apartment and move-in date, which left little time to get everything I needed done, especially renters insurance! On my 1st call, Jenny gave me all the information I needed for my new policy, including how well it bundled with my auto-insurance I already had so I could keep my cost low. Jenny even pointed out that I did not have road-side assistance on my auto (which I initially had with AAA, but never renewed), and helped me add that as well. As my move-in date got closer, I had a bit of a scare when I saw a charge on my account that was an amount I had not expected. When I emailed Jenny in a panic, she assured me with details and a breakdown of my renters insurance payments (which I had been in too much of a rush to fully read). Jenny even made sure I had all of the policy documents that my new community requires in time for my move. Even though the rest of my move did not go as well as planned, I am so happy and lucky that Jenny helped me through my renters insurance and updating my auto policy. She is the best! read more

Great Group Full of Answers, Integrity, and Great Prices! I have pieced together my insurance for years attempting to get the rock bottom price for each need whether auto, homeowners, general liability, etc. After knowing Ross for a few years, I reached out to him to learn more about umbrella insurance and what that covers. I decided, after reviewing my current policies, that having an overarching policy that went above and beyond my current polices to protect my assets made a lot of sense. I shared my findings with Ross and he put me in touch with Victor in his group who took all my info plus compared my other insurance policies to what Allstate could offer. In the end, they were able to offer my umbrella coverage for just a little more than I was currently paying by lumping everything together! Here is what is so troubling for me, I have been trying to deal with my Mother's passing now since it happened, and I reached out to the Gielow Insurance Agency back on February 9th to cancel her insurance since I was getting rid of her car, however, Melisa Mojica feels that it is imperative that I relive all of this process once again. Because she won't admit that someone in her office neglected to document my call back in early February. I have always thought that these insurance companies are supposed to help us in our darkest hour, apparently Melisa Mojica feels I need to relive everything from the beginning. How am I supposed to move on when companies like this and people like Melisa Mojica and their incompetence force you to redo everything. I pray that when she loses someone of significance in her life she is able to deal with someone who is a bit more competent and a lot more trustworthy than herself. read more
