I got a flat tire today and waited for 2.5 hours for the tow truck that never showed. Out of frustration I called State Farm and spoke to Beatriz. I explained what was going on and she went out of her way to call roadside assistance and see what was going on. She would check in with me and make sure I was safe and taken care of. She also brought to my attention that I was eligible to pay a tow truck and State Farm would send me a check to cover the cost, due to the coverage I had.
