A very helpful and kind hearted employee behind the other counter, who had the same kind of phone let me use her locator app to ping my phone. He just stood there with his arms crossed and seemed annoyed when I asked for a tax receipt. I definitely will not donate there again. Shopping there is a crap shoot as well. Many over the top, expensive items that are incomplete or broken. Occasionally you can find a gem at a good price but rarely. I don't understand why Goodwill doesn't understand that if they price lower, they will move more product at full price, rather than people waiting for half price days or it getting pulled and taken to the Goodwill Outlet (which adds more cost).

Two employees came over to organize the shelves while I was there, and they were perfectly fine and nice. However, the experience went downhill at the self-checkout. The man working the area walked over and intensely watched every single item I scanned. As soon as I finished, he snatched my shopping basket away so fast that my keys were actually still inside it. Listen, I completely understand that loss prevention is important and retail stores have to deal with shoplifting, but there was absolutely no reason to treat a paying customer like a criminal. I have no intention of stealing, and the staff could be a lot friendlier and less aggressive about how they handle the checkout area. The beauty section staff were great, but the checkout experience was uncalled for.
