Took my cat to my regular vet several times for ear infection at $150. + each time, someone suggested this vet and I'm glad I called them, they got me right in, gave my cat a shot of antibiotics and sent meds home, this finally cleared my cats ear problems. and it cost less then my regular vet. I have NEVER had anything but wonderful experiences with this clinic. I have taken my cats there for spay/neuters for years. I also take my dogs there for their vaccinations and care. I have read horrible remarks about this clinic which I believe most of those are discriminatory based solely on the fact that the veterinarian and his wife are Asian. The clinic is not fancy, and they are not big on social media, but they pass that savings to the client. I just had two rescue cats neutered, rabies vaccinations, pain meds, preventive antibiotic shots, and an overnight stay for $150. They had me bring the cats to them the same day I called. They are a lovely couple, just be patient with understanding them because they have a very heavy accent. read more

took my cat to get euthanize. i don't know what they did but I got the body back and was told to wait 1 hour tell the medication kicks in . i waited 2 hours and my cat was still alive . Thank god i checked to see if he was breathing befor his burrial. I then took him to Noah's ark animal hospital to finish the euthanasia and I must say they took good care of him .noahs ark hospital went above and beyond for us , On top of all that they put him in a body bag for his burial . i would not recommend Ross and Osage animal clinic AT ALL!!!!!!!!! This clinic's receptionist/secretary is horrible. We called a few times in a one hour period to find the information on a rabies tag that was showing this clinic as the issuer. The dog was clearly lost and this was going to help us find the owner. She took the number & told us she was "just too busy & call animal control" to pick up the dog. That was not an option as AC is not taking animals right now due to COVID. She then said she would call us back in 10 min. She never did. When I called back to ask again, she rambled something about being busy and abruptly hung up on me. A clinic that is no more worried about its patients safety and well being, is no place I would ever take my animals. read more

The staff do everything they can if your dog is sick or injured. I from experience know that even if some evil, cruel people shoot at them with guns, wether it is, a stroke, ptsd, And again all of this is out of experience, even the gunshot wounds, they did everything they could, even though they had to put one of my dogs down, they did not stop even though they knew how low his chances were. I would really recommend them as they are not in it for money or fame, like some other vets, they care about the pets nothing else until the job is done. read more

We have taken several of our pups to Dr. Kent Trihn with good success. The doctor is good with the dogs and takes his time in diagnosing problems. My wife and I are happy with everything that has been done at the clinic.While I can't speak to others concerns, our results have been good. Dr. Kent and his wife are very nice people.Yes , there is some difficulty understanding everything they say, but we have learned to ask questions more often and get answers by asking several times, but this does not create a big problem. We have taken the time to get to know these people and they truly care about pets and want to provide a service that everyone can afford. read more

Do not ever take your babies here. It's not my regular vet but it's close to my house and I picked up an extremely emaciated shepherd and took her straight there. He looked at her teeth and said she was 2 and took her temp which was 102 and then gave her a shot of antibiotics but did not tell me what it was and gave me a bottle of oral antibiotics and I couldn't understand what he was telling me and I couldn't read the writing on the bottle. He did nothing else. Didn't even listen to her even though she was coughing. She threw up all night long and today I took her to my regular vet. When the Ross Osage clinic was called to get some information the woman (Nu) hung up when my vet told her who she was and why she was calling. My vet said she was 6 months old and had aspiration pneumonia and upon an X-ray it was discovered she had mega esophagus and we made the decision to humanely euthanize her. My vet looked at the bottle of pills that I was given and said she had absolutely no idea what the pills were and to throw them away. Waste of time and money and prolonged this little girls suffering. If I could give zero stars I would. I have read other reviews on other sites and it looks like this guy needs shut down. read more
