Their ENTIRE E-N-T-I-R-E outgoing message was in Spanish‼ I'm not trying to be mean but I DO NOT SPEAK NOR UNDERSTAND SPANISH ‼This morning BEFORE 8 am I get a call it is someone from this company's # delivering a message. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!

I have the same exact problem I have had before they came to install the liner. The owner of the company insured me that he was going to take care of this problem but now he will not even answer my phone calls. I have had to hire another company to come in to find out what the problem is. They have told me that trinity well and plumbing company did not go down far enough and by filling my well up with concrete they have made it were my well is unfixable. So now I have to dig a new well. I have paid Trinity Well and Plumbing 1650.00 to destroy my well and now I have to pay someone 2500.00 or more to dig me a new one. I just wish they would call me and help me fix this mess they have created.

I had them come out to replace the pump that had burnt out. We thought maybe the pump wasn't strong enough, or the line was getting blocked, making the pump continuously run and burn out. They charged me $1286.50 for a 1/2 hp pump(that I later found out cost half that), that was the exact same size as the one they took out, $685 for labor, $90 for pipe fittings( 2 elbow joints, and 2 feet of pipe) and $148 for coming to my house.... After all this, within a week, the pump was running continuously again within 2 weeks, and it took them 2 months to come back out. They said that the pump had a warrantee, and they would replace it, but they never did... The bathroom still doesn't work, and I have to call another company to come out and fix the problem... They had 4 different telephone numbers, 2 different names, and when you call one number(his father's company!!) they say that they they always get these type of call about this business... The worse scam artist of a plumber that I've ever seen... Cost me $2,200 and still didn't fix my problem. Won't return phone calls, just a terrible business that I would not recommend that anyone use... If there were a negative star, I'd use it....PS: The invoice I have is a PO box in Liberty NC, but they also have an office in Greensboro.... Hoping that this helps someone.
