I've called and visited in-person a number of times to ask about supplies and what time of year to undertake various projects. As a new homeowner, I am realizing that home ownership entails constant upkeep projects! Most recently, I needed firebricks to line my wood burning stove. When they did not have enough in store, Gualala Building Supply promptly ordered more and called me directly when they arrived. That being said....they make it a point to try and carry everything that they reasonably can to make everyone happy...with the size of place that they're working with. The Occidental Hardware cre that works there are great. They're helpful and very personable. They go out of their way to help each and everyone that walks through their door.
