Not only is he beyond gentle, if you are scared of the dentist, this is the guy to go to. You DO NOT feel a thing. I repeat you DO NOT feel a thing. Me, personally, I loved his honesty, he is so knowledgeable, I love how confident he is about his profession, he knows what he is doing. He made me feel so comfortable and accommodated me. He truly cares. Needless to say, I am staying with him, I will have more work done in the near future. I'm going to get the Invisalign with him and any other work. Dr. Weber installed an implant for me and it was a very bad experience. I found his office to be…read morevery disorganized, which is a bad quality for a dentist. One time, I showed up for an appointment only to have Dr. Weber look at me and say "what are you doing here?". His assistant forgot to put my appointment on his calendar. The next time, I came in for an appointment, he couldn't find the right part for my implant and asked me to come back after he could find the part. Why not call me a day before to let me know?? I understand that mistakes happen, but there were no apologies. At one point, Dr. Weber tried to blame me by saying "You must be cursed!" Wow. Well, soon after my implant was finally installed, I felt it come loose as I was eating. Good thing I noticed an didn't choke on it! Enough is enough so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. The other dentist (who is now my current dentist) found that Dr. Weber had used the wrong screw to install my implant. That's why it came loose. After that issue was resolved, I started noticing food getting caught between the new implant and my other teeth. My current dentist has advised me to have the implant re-made as the shape of the current implant leaves too much space between it and my other teeth. I just wasted a ton of time on money on a bad implant. If you are looking for a new dentist, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The staff reassured me that the x-rays would not be more than $40 (because I had just had x-rays with my other dentist and wasn't inclined to pay for a new set). Before I even walked to my car I had a text demanding $95. My insurance EOB stated that I owed $0 for the appointment so now they are insisting the $95 is for the x-rays. Umm, no at a maximum I was told I'd pay $40. Then Dr. Levy told me I needed to see the endodontist in his office. I was VERY careful. I spoke with his staff (with him standing right there), and confirmed that it would be covered as a co-pay only with my insurance. They said it would be so I went to this completely unhelpful endodontist who looked in my mouth for a few minutes and basically shrugged and said she didn't know why I had a toothache. For this privilege I was billed $238. ALMOST $350 IN BILLS FOR NO TREATMENT, DIAGNOSIS OR ADVICE. And those bills are counter to what they told me. I should have recorded the conversations - oh wait, that would be illegal, but I guess lying about billing practices isn't. They have been horrible to deal with. I will be filing a formal complaint, fighting the bill, and will never go back. I feel completely ripped off and scammed.

Incompetent, Unethical & Dangerous!…read more This incompetent clown Dr. Shahram "Shawn" Hosseini allowed his unqualified assistant who clearly wasn't even familiar with the x-ray machine to attempt 1st visit x-rays, actually a CT scan, to start the implant process but ended in DISASTER! When the lead apron didn't cover my neck, I asked if they had any thyroid protection. The assistant fished around in a cupboard and produced some sort of a collar-looking thing, so we proceed with the scan. When it finished, they walk me across to another room and "Dr." Shahram finally appears after not having had even the minimum courtesy to introduce himself to a new patient prior. He says the collar ruined the x-ray and they shouldn't have used it and I should be happy to do it again. This is a big problem for me as I strive to avoid any excess x-rays, being seventy years old and having had plenty of non-digital x-rays in my life already. So when I ask him why his staff doesn't know better than to allow the patient to dictate a procedure that ultimately ruins the process, he tells me "Because you asked for it." As if that's an answer. He then goes on to lecture me that more x-rays are "perfectly safe", that "he knows better," that their machine produces "no more x-rays than a banana" (his words) and that it's actually my fault (!). Unbelievable. It goes downhill from there. For my own safety, I flee to find a competent dentist with a competent staff. According to Wikipedia, a banana produces about 0.1uSv of non-cumulative ionizing radiation (very, very little) while according to the NIH, a dental CT x-ray scan exposes the patient to between 19 µSv to 1073 µSv, of CUMULATIVE ionizing radiation depending on various factors. SO HE OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME. I'd say that's more than a banana. Like 200x to 10,000x more. When I asked the technician what exposure settings she was using, she read some numbers off the machine and when I asked what that meant she said "I don't know." True. Verbatim. Be careful.

This practice has single-handedly turned my view of the dentist, of cleanings AND of flossing completely around. As I won't go far enough to say I "enjoy" the experience, I will say that it's always pleasant and easy. The hygenists are ALL great. The supportive staff is fabulous. I specifically want to thank Dr. Wolff for the incredible job he did this week in bonding my front teeth. They've chipped many times over the years and I'd resigned myself to just keeping my mouth closed in pictures. UNTIL NOW! Dr. Wolff, who is clearly a perfectionist, has somehow made my front teeth look model-perfect. He created shapes that didn't previously exist. AND they match perfectly. I can't believe it.
