Found a car we liked online at this dealership. We were in Roswell on a Sunday, and the dealership was closed. Isabel sent us a text and asked if we wanted to see the car. She came up on her day off to show us vehicles. We decided to come back the next day to look at a couple of others. She gladly showed us several vehicles, and we found the right one. I have bought lots of cars in my life time and this place has to be the worst to deal with. The young man that waited on us tried to help us but as you know he is nothing more than a gopher between you and the sales manager. Of course everyone knows that the car dealer ships have the advantage at present and wont budge on there MSRP which is ridiculous and they are low balling you on your trades and the deal is they don't care if they make you mad. Its at the take it or leave it phase. They advertise on line a discou9nted price for some of there vehicles but when you get there, oh no that was a mistake. We visited the service center for an oil change and left with a bill over $1,000. The staff was very nice and professional. We were offered free WiFi and beverages while we waited. We even took advantage of the shuttle service to head downtown. Our appointment was at 10 am, but we didn't get the car back until 4:45 pm after finding out the damage. While we (of course) wanted to fix other issues, we did feel taken advantage of as two young females and at a dealership. The labor alone cost over $400. While this business is clearly professional and has friendly/ accommodating staff, car service here is going to cost you an arm and a leg. read more

The sales staff are great, but their Service Department, in particular the manager are terrible. Don't buy their service package when you buy a vehicle. If you don't follow the schedule, you will be treated rudely by the manager. She likes to bully 19 year old girls. She's extremely rude and will 100% escalate a situation by raising her voice, almost yelling. I will never buy another vehicle from them, completely because of her. I'd rather pay for service anywhere else and will take the rest of my business elsewhere as well. read more

This is THE NICEST DEALERSHIP!! We were tourists passing thru Roswell in a Tesla. We had planned to recharge at our motel, but the 220 receptacle turned out to be 110 and would not work for us. My husband called Nissan and was put in touch with Reuben, who took us under his wing. He took a ton of time helping us, first to hookup at their outdoor charger, then inside their garage. Neither worked for us, and he then brought us next door to another dealership where he arranged for us to charge overnight at their RV charger. Then this wonderful man drove us back to our motel, and the next day sent the shuttle driver to pick us up. Some of the wonderful mechanics also participated in helping us. The kindness and generosity of these folks was astonishing to us, and Reuben and his team have a place in our hearts forever. Thank you Reuben, and thank you guys! You are the very best!!! read more

Today is Saturday and I just got home a little while ago after purchasing a new Nissan Frontier. I'm a little tired, and excited at the same time. I've purchased tons of cars over the years, but this is one experience I won't soon forget. I live in San Antonio, Texas, and this dealership is in Roswell, NM. Through the magic of the Internet I was able to view Nissan inventories all over Texas, and beyond if I chose to expand my search. After "building" the kind of small truck I wanted online (I already had a Frontier SV version, but wanted to upgrade) ....I identified some key "non-negotiables" such as color, cab style, bed length and trim package. This all started on Thursday night....two days ago. Several local and regional Texas dealerships had parts of this puzzle, but only one dealership had the exact match, Roswell Nissan. This is when I met up with Internet Sales Manager Isabel Vargas via email (early Friday morning) and then on the phone. I was a little leery pursuing this for several reasons...for starters the 8 hour distance away from my home, and me not being able to touch and see the vehicle first. But being seasoned Nissan vehicle owners, I had faith in the line of cars. Isabel was very confident about Roswell Nissan's commitment to getting me a great deal and that she'd drive the truck herself to San Antonio for delivery if need be. She wasn't pushy and was very reassuring. She quickly got her Sales Manager Matt involved, and he was able to work with me on the numbers and include some extra options I was considering as part of the package. BJ in finance took over and he was very thorough in explaining the differences and options was extended coverages. He allowed me to customize a package that fit my needs, without pressuring me to get the most expensive plan. Then came Ernest, the "drop off" guy. Since Isabel had to man the fort in Roswell they enlisted Ernie to meet me half way at Fort Stockton with the new vehicle and the necessary paperwork. I had all my documents (title, registration form, etc.) and Ernie had his stack of papers). It took less than an hour to go through all of the formalities and then I cleaned out my old truck and loaded up in the new one in the parking lot of a small hotel. Ernest gave me a quick orientation on the new features I wasn't yet familiar with, and I was soon on my way back to San Antonio. This was by far one of the easiest, smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had, even though it took me four hours of drive time out to Ft. Stockton and four hours back home! From start to finish Roswell Nissan is on top of their game. They are Excellent! read more

I am not a big fan of purchasing vehicles. Unless you are sixteen and you only researched if your Ipod will work in your new 99' corolla that you just happily purchased off of craigslist, you understand where I am coming from. It can be a long grueling process that makes you take an honest look at your financial situation, tons of research, and talking to those tie wearing guys. After realizing that I had to purchase a car I did all of the usual research, talked to tons of tie wearing guys, test drove a handful of vehicles, and was aware of exactly what my car payment needed to be if I still wanted to eat dinner every night. Three months later I found the used car of my financially strapped dreams, made an offer and online, and was on my way to Roswell less than 24 hours later. Got there, test drove, agreed to purchase, and then it all went down hill. The salesman(Dan) was actually very nice and helpful, but the financial guys(the 2 hour paper work part) should be seeking new employment that does not involve adding or subtracting. They could not answer any of my financial questions, some as simple as "what is the interest rate?" to "how did they come up with that payment amount?"(his answer included that he could not tell me because the computer does it all) and made my purchasing with them absolute hell. Long story short, I bought the vehicle and one month later I am very happy with that part. Of course I complained to management about my experience(which also included realizing I had been overcharged for a first aide kit by $120) only to call and then be passed around from important tie guy to important tie guy with no answers. I did eventually get an answer and my money back but only due to constant calls and emails, not because they wanted to help me. I will never be back in Roswell to purchase a car from them, and I am depressed about the amount of time I had to spend being agitated with them for not giving me the amount of respect I thought I deserved. I do not recommend doing business with them, and if I lived in Roswell I would make the three hour drive to Albuquerque to buy from the Nissan dealerships here. read more
