I live in Albuquerque and was visiting my high school buddy in Roswell back in September. I ended up buying a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup from this dealer on 9/12/25. The sale and delivery was fine, it was later after I got back to Albuquerque that the problem arise with the finance dept. My loan process was fine, but I got a call from the finance dude requesting that I complete an emissions test. Since the truck was being registered in Albuquerque, an emissions test was required in order to complete the registration. They are not required in Roswell. I did this immediately, then emailed copies of the test, plus the copy of the receipt for $25. I was told I would be reimbursed. I called this guy immediately after emailing these documents to follow up that he did receive them. He affirmed that he had, and I quote, "I will personally walk this receipt upstairs and make sure the check is issued today." It's been 6 weeks today, and I still haven't received the reimbursement. I've been calling and emailing weekly, and again have been assured that he would "check on it." Still no check, zero feedback ever on the status, and my contacts being less friendly each week. I guess I'm to assume that I'm being blown off. Why not? They got their sale. I'm more than happy with my truck. I'm disappointed that I haven't been respected as a customer. read more

On June 20th I took my 2023 Hyundai elantra to get my oil change as I was planning a trip to Las Vegas..on July 3rd we headed to Vegas we decided to stop in Flagstaff to eat. Thank the Lord we did. As we turned in to Flagstaff made it to circle K, we he a loud noise, engine light went on, oil light turned on so we parked. All the oil leaked out, we walked next door to auto zone, the sales guy walked with us to the car, looked under the car and told us there was no oil plug. We were stranded there over night. Next morning had it towed to Brake masters, he put oil and also stated there was no oil plug so whoever changed the oil did not tighten the oil plug so it popped off. With the Grace of God we made it into town and not on the highway. All because of there negligent. This was Changed at the Hyundai in Roswell NM. read more

If you got the flyer saying you won $2500 don't waste your time. It's a scam and false advertising. It turns out that you won absolutely nothing. They're just trying to sell you a car that you don't want. It's a complete waste of time and gas money. I would never recommend Hyundai to anyone I know nor this dealership for false advertising. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Brought my car in for a recall. They got me scheduled right away. Started working on my car right when I dropped it off and had it done quick! Fast friendly and convenient. Will definitely come back if there are any more recalls or if I need other repairs. read more

Best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. My salesman chris is very knowledgeable about the various cars I drove, very patient as I made my choice. No pressure from anyone. The financing department worked diligently to get me an awesome rate for my loan. They have a great lounge area so I could watch football, even had popcorn to go with a good game. Everyone was super friendly, easy to chat with. Highly recommended this dealership. Spoke with salesman Serapio over the phone, let him know I was traveling 3.5 hours to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and discussed the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle (price advertised online). When I arrived he presented me paperwork with a price markup of $8k more than we had discussed and agreed upon over the phone. I asked why he wasn't honoring the price we spoke about over the phone and that I made sure to discuss the price I was willing to pay over the phone because I didn't want to travel all that way otherwise. Serapio stated that there are "addendums" (add ons) that they added to the vehicle when it arrived and they have to recoup their money for these addendums. I stated that should have been disclosed over the phone when we discussed the price I clearly stated I was willing to pay (online advertised price) and that I would not have traveled all that way to buy the vehicle for the price he was trying to now charge. When I requested the addendum breakdown, Serapio stalled and made excuses about providing it. (the addendum sheet was only provided later at signing, only because the dealership is required to get it signed by the buyer, attesting that the add ons have been installed on the vehicle). The only addendums (add ons) listed were floor mats, tire locks and window tint (the windows weren't tinted), so obviously they could not justify the $8k markup on price because there was not $8k in addendums. Since we had traveled all that way and had spent so much time there haggling with Serapio and Gabriel, the interim Finance person, we finally agreed on a sales price, (even though it was still not what we discussed over the phone or what they advertised online, and by this time it was 7:30pm, we arrived at 4pm). By 8pm we were finally presented with paperwork to sign and the total price was not at all what we agreed upon. They moved numbers around to make it look as though they were honoring the sales price we painfully haggled and agreed on, however they took away credits they had promised for dealer incentives and our (paid off) trade in vehicle. By this time it was 9:30pm and I was furious, I wanted to walk out. My daughter was so upset because she thought she would be getting a vehicle and we had spent so much time traveling to the dealership and haggling a deal, we felt forced to just accept the corrupt deal they were presenting on paper so we could leave and be done with this place. Gabriel, the interim Finance person took 2 hours to print, reprint, and go over documents with us. He stated he was filling in for the regular Finance person, and that he had been in vehicle finance for 7 years but did not appear to know what he was doing. Many of the documents will have to be overnighted to us for signing because he could not figure out how to process them properly. This was the worst car buying experience and we will never buy from this dealership again. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

Salesman was nice and helpful, but their pricing was just too high in comparisons with Hyundai dealerships in other cities. Guy was straight with me, just said they couldn't go as low as other places. Fair enough. read more

My car was seen over a year ago for the problem it still has today. And the problem it had started back up again in November... guess who doesn't have transportation now. Meanwhile, it's never the same part as it was before and they seem to have a problem with pulling their head out of the 6th point of contact! It seems like once they realized we payed for an extended warranty through our bank and they have to do paper work to get paid, our problem is not their problem. They apparently only have 1 technician for the dealership that can fix these problems and apparently he just had a baby and that's why my car is still sitting there! I get that you just had a baby but you didn't just have a baby two months ago! So why am I still with out my car and no one seems to know what is wrong with it... mainly because if you let it sit there long enough or restart the check engine light, you can "tell" me to you "checked" everything to get me to come get my car, only problem is that this last time it didn't work because my car did what it has been doing before we ever left your parking lot! The one star is for the Service Department. Because for months I took my car in for repairs and they trying to fix things. But only one star because they knew someone was seriously wrong with the car and could have done the right thing and reported it. This USED CAR SALES people are scam artists especially the manager and contract person that worked there in January and February 2014. . You are better off taking the bus or walking wherever you need to go. I purchased a car from these people in 2014 and they totally lied. First they told me the car I was buying was new but I would get a huge discount because someone had requested the car on special order but wanted one with a sunroof instead. Stupid me, blindly trusted never in my life would I have ever imaged such a big company to be so dishonest and out to scam people of their money. . From that moment on one thing after another.... just started to reveal itself.... They added misc service contract charges to the sales contract along with other charges I could not get anyone to tell me what those charges were for.... Literally days after I signed the first contract the car started to malfunction. I tried to return the car, I was told I couldn't. Yet I hadn't even signed a valid contract, they had to redo the sales contract because of all the errors in added misc bogus charges. I was told by the sales manager I had to pay more than the MSRP on the new car for the used car because I had no significant credit history. In all fairness I too was the dummy for not researching better, NM has a 10 grace period for returning the car and its against the law to tell someone they have to pay more for a car because of no significant credit history. The financial agency can place a higher interest rate on the loan, but its against the law to charge extra for the car. Again I too was an idiot for trusting.... I could have called them out right then and there but because I was to dumb to know how deceitful businesses can be I believed I had to keep the used car that was malfunctioning and that was sold to me for more than the MSRP of a new version of that car . These people were wonderful. While on our vacation my 2013 Elantra started over heating so I took it to the dealer because it is still under warranty. Within 30 minutes they found the problem and called to have the part overnighted. They were able to find us a car to borrow so we could see some of the sites around us. By early the next afternoon they had us done and ready to get back on our vacation. Thank you Delores and Hyundai you were truly a blessing. read more
