What the site doesn't say is that their trade in is only 70%, and the bonus can only bump you up to 75%. I was under the impression the bonus would be on top of the typical 80% that most shops do. So right off the bat you're getting 5% less trade in than other card shops. Not really a bonus. Also, slabs were marked above market and they said they couldn't lower their price to match. The guy worker there was nice, but you're better off getting your cards elsewhere.

The size of the vendors' booths is terrible, so the moment a group of two enters the booth, you won't see a dang thing that you actually want to look at. The exit and entrance are also the same route, so most booths have a terrible bottleneck if you are walking into them. Third, the odor. They had TVs set up for people to play against one another and also play some single-player games. Some of the individuals crowding this area were the most foul-smelling to graze this earth. You would think the last time they showered was when it rained. I can't get mad at the business for this cause it's their clientele, but it did not help the terrible experience in any fashion.

A little while back I stopped in to check it out, and the owner is super friendly and nice to talk to. I learned he used to live near where I grew up so we spoke for a little while about living in the north. Overall I wasn't in the market to buy or sell any cards, but it was nice to walk in, get to know the owner, and get that special feeling one has when they walk into a baseball card shop.
