I rang them up looking for some used tires (you know cause I don't have that new tire money right about now) they had two sets of nearly new tires. Super great price 1/3-1/4 cost of new ones and quotes at out the door price. No nonsense or hidden fees. Having the wifi password would of been nice but I wasn't complaining. Luckily I had service so I could watch some streaming while waiting. The tv was hooked up to a roku but was just on the screensaver so that wasn't too much action going on there. While I was there I even got pricing for new tires for my mom and that too was quoted out the door pricing which I really respect the upfront no bs no nonsense pricing. After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams,they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers,they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them. They don't post their prices on the wall of certain jobs such as oil change, tire balancing, etc they verbally say what the cost will be. By law in Pennsylvania approval from the customer should give consent by signature, prior to the work being performed. They did not do that.
