I called Rotech last week about an issue with water coming out of my mask into my nose while I'm sleeping. The person who answered the phone said someone would call me back. That was a week ago, and still no one has called. This is the second time I reached out to them for help with the machine. My insurance, **Medicaid, covers the device at 100% and fully pays for a new machine.** ROTECH intentionally delivered, via a therapist, a **12-month rental used CPAP machine** instead of the new one I was entitled to and paid for by Medicaid. This manipulative and deceitful bait-and-switch is fraudulent. ### Extreme Unprofessionalism and Abuse * **Zero Communication:** From the date the order was sent (10/17/2025) until today (11/13/2025), I received **zero proactive communication** by email, text, or phone calls from ROTECH regarding the status of my order. * **Rude and Abusive Conduct:** When I finally managed to connect with the company, I spoke with **Regina (aka Gina)**, who is responsible for processing the CPAP order. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. * **Yelling on a Recorded Line:** During a three-way call that included me and a representative from **Medicaid (on a recorded line)**, Gina continued **yelling and screaming** at me, the patient. * **Refusal to Consult with Physicians:** Gina was completely dismissive of my medical team, stating she **"doesn't want to hear from the patient's doctors"** regarding the equipment order. This level of disregard for patient care and the medical community is appalling. **Conclusion:** The combination of outright fraud regarding equipment delivery, complete lack of communication, and the abusive, unprofessional behavior of their staff member, Gina, demonstrates that ROTECH operates without integrity or respect for its patients. Worst company I have ever dealt with trying to get air supplies. They were suppose to deliver 3 air tanks when my mother got out of the hospital. They delivered 1. Driver said they were out of tanks. Would deliver the others the next day. Two phone calls to a nasty worker said I could pick them up because drivers were not available. 5 days later I get another tank. Never received the 3rd tank. I have been trying to return oxygen equipment for several years. This company is a scam. They promise to pick up equipment on a date certain, but don't show up. They are terrible to communicate with. They constantly are calling wanting you to order CPAP supplies from them. Then when you order from them they find reasons not to send them to you. After waiting 30 minutes on hold to speak to them they tell you to contact a local Rotech Office. When you call the local Rotech Office your phone call is sent to the same group that told you to contact the local office. After waiting on hold 1.5 hours, A woman took my name and number and said someone would call to schedule an appointment. No one ever called. They'll put you on hold then hang up at 5pm when they close. Hospital stay extended by 3 days bc of Rotech delays getting Durable Medical Equipment delivered in a timely manner. No communication. Says they'll delivery on Tuesday at 1pm but instead delivers on Thursday at 4pm, without calling or answering phone calls. read more

Terrible service. Unfortunately I work during the day so I can't get service. Anytime I have tried to call them on a break I spend the whole time waiting and listening to a recording that says they have unusually high call volume. For a year? I even stopped in to the office on a day off and waited a half hour before someone told me the respiratory therapist only goes into the office when there is a scheduled appointment. I told them I can't get through on the phone to make an appointment. I was assured I would be contacted. Never heard from anyone so I switched to a much better provider. read more

If I could give this company a negativity rating I would. This is the worst company I have everdelt with. Like other comments before mine, I was trying to speak to a manager, was put on hold, and every time it rang back to a number I was put back on hold. I was never given a firm answer as to the status of my CPAP machine. My insurance has already approved it. This company is the absolute worse! My mom had Covid and she was given a plug in oxygen tank and was never told that she had a monthly fee. They said it was a one time fee of 19.60 which was paid. Needless to say she came home after being in the hospital for 15 days and my dad passing away in the hospital from Covid all while this was going on. This lady (the lady in the Duluth office that sits right in the front through the opening) tells me no they didn't tell me that - she wasn't the one I spoke to so there's no she can tell me what wasn't or was told to me through the phone!!! I know what was said to me. My mom has Medicare and she has insurance under my father so she shouldn't have to pay anything. Fast forward, we start receiving bills months later and I thought it was regarding the green oxygen tanks that I've been calling for months to pick up since my mother no longer needs it. Let's just say it's been since last November and the tanks have yet to be picked up. Last week a pick up was scheduled once again. A guy called me asking for my apartment number. I provided him with the apartment number, my gate code, and building number and he said the driver was on the way and to leave the tanks outside the door since it was a no contact pickup. Well, the thanks stayed outside and no one came to pick them up once again! This company is horrible -from lying about pickups, to stating clearly about charges, and having incompetent workers. I would never recommend this office of Rotech. They piecemealed their need for paperwork, which was substantial and as a result it took almost a month before they could even make an order for my CPAP. The month that followed, they never called me, so I was completely clueless as to the status of my CPAP order and when I called, it took an hour or more (often more) before they would call me back only to tell me nothing more than "We are waiting". Over time, I found out from my doctor that they were experiencing a supply chain problem. Would they just say so? No, they were just "Waiting". I got so frustrated, I went online and bought a CPAP machine via THECPAPSHOP. With this online company, it will be only a week and I'll have a working machine. No more choaking! Yah! read more
