$1,914 !!! Complete scam! My autistic daughter went to them without consulting with me. She had an "adult" with her that did not have my permission to spend this kind of money. They talked her into a $1914 set of 3 shoe inserts! I called and explained the situation to them and asked to please allow me to return the 2 inserts she had not opened. They refused!! I understand "policy" but I feel that in this situation they could have had Some compassion I could have taken her to a podiatrist and had it covered by insurance. I made an appointment. When I came into the store, they asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes and they said well it's gonna be a while because they have two people waiting here that had appointments and they also had people that walked in. I told them I would go shop for a little bit and come back. I came back 1/2 hour later and there was not much progress. They still had two people waiting that had appointments. I mentioned to them that if people have appointments, they should have enough coverage to cover those and other staff to cover walk-ins if needed. Total scam & total rip off - you are pressured to buy a $1,500 three set in-soles. Worst part is that none of these in-soles are customized. There are straight off the rack. Also, the salesperson seem bored and distracted. I guess I would be too, if I have to sell cheap plastic in-soles that are supposedly "proven" to alleviate your feet problems. read more

No returns needs to be on the front door. Was not able to work in the shoes with the inserts in my shoes. Caused more than one trip and fall down the stairs. Would not even attempt to work a 10hr shift with any of the inserts. Not worth the money. Definitely this company needs to be under investigation for just bad business practices. Sales reps must follow a pretty detailed sails pitch but never speak about the money till the card is swiped. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. No returns. read more

This visit today was a followup a couple years after I got my first inserts. Caron was GREAT and took the time to reintroduce me to the Good Feet system and how to use my insertys correctly. I came in wearing the wrong inserts today, and had been for a while, but now know exactly what to do. After suffering with horrible pain in my left foot, especially walking after getting out of bed in the morning or after sitting for long periods of time, I finally made an appointment at the Good Feet Store in Alpharetta. Ebonee spent over 90 minutes with me, analyzing where I was putting the most pressure on my feet when I walk and fitting me with the perfect arch supports. She was so friendly and patient and made me feel hopeful about walking without any pain in the near future. In just 24 hours, my pain level decreased a great deal. I was shocked! I look forward to seeing how my healing process progresses. If you are suffering from foot, lower back and neck pain, make an appointment asap. I wish I had gone much sooner. And again a huge shout out of appreciation to the wonderful sales associate, Ebonee! I want to add that yes, the product is pricey, but it works! Shocked and disappointed. I sat through a presentation that was over an hour and couldn't get an answer to my question of how much will this cost. They were only pushing to buy the total 3 step system. When we finally got through the entire sales pitch they still wouldn't give me a price until they rang it up on the computer register. When I was called over the see my cost I almost fell over. It was nearly $1400.00 This system may be worth that much money and affordable for some people but it is neither for me. My biggest complaint is that I literally wasted almost 2 hours on something I have no interest or ability to buy. Give me a price range not exact amount but at least close on the phone and save my time. This seems pretty expensive for off the shelf products. Just my opinion. Keyon was the person at The Good Feet Store that helped introduce me to the product/system. I was a customer at the North Point store earlier this month. What you need to know: I have experienced bi-lateral foot pain for the past 5 years. My arches felt bruised, as if a baseball bat had been taken to them. It affected my daily work, my opportunities for recreation, and my sleep. Over the last 2 years I have semi-aggressively sought treatment from many sources. My visit to The Good Feet Store was my last attempt to escape surgery and I was very skeptical of the story/process being shared with me. I have waited for one week to write this review so as to not make a proclamation in error. After one week of continuous use of The Good Feet Store system of orthotics, I am almost completely pain free! I noticed my posture change, the inflammation in my feet reduce, and the chronic sense of bruised arches slowly fade away. Presently, after 7 days, i don't cringe when having to walk. I have a "normal" gate instead of excessive pronation. This product has surpassed my expectations. It was expensive, but with the relief I've gained to this point, worth every dollar. The general practitioner failed me, the Podiatrist failed me, the Physical Therapy failed me, the Chiropractor failed me. OTC orthotics, custom orthotics, "special" doctor-only orthotics, the Dr. Scholl's incredible foot analyzer machine have all failed me. Nike, New Balance, Sauchony, and Kuru all failed me. But, The Good Feet Store system, and work from Keyon, have provided consistent relief and I expect it to get better as more time passes. read more

I went there on a recommendation from a friend, who heard about it on the radio spot, as I was suffering with Plantar Fasciitis. The gentleman who attended to me was very knowledgeable and personable. However, because of the pain that I was experiencing, I bought into a very expensive concept. For a rudimentary test and explanation of what was going on, I bought two inserts (supports) for my shoes at the whopping cost of $865.25. I left there with considerable buyers remorse but unfortunately all sales are final. Has the pain decreased? This company does not give refunds-which isn't in the website or receipt. How would I have known?! My arch supports do not fit in my shoes. I called them the next day and made an appointment and brought a couple of pairs of shoes to see if they can fit the supports in them. The salesperson struggled and failed on one shoe completely. she commented that the insert was too large and they don't carry high heel or ladies shoe supports-they are unisex. She then suggested I spend even more money buying shoes a half size larger to fit these supports! Absurd! i had no idea that these supports were going to cost $1,500+ dollars and now I cant use them so I should spend more money on shoes that already work? What a rip off!!! I just feel it's important for potential customers to know what they are walking into. The insoles are $500 each and you will likely need at least 2 pair to help your feet. So if you are not prepared to drop a minimum of $1,000, don't bother. They will not and do not discuss cost until the very end after 1-1.5 hours of "consultation". In the end, it is likely a good product, but just be aware of the potential cost before going through the fitting process. read more

Tanya is awesome! She helped my mother get fitted for insoles. She's very knowledgeable and patient and professional. I am 58 and went to a Good Feet store in Santa Monica last January. Getting fitted for insoles changed my life. I had suffered from a bulging disc in my lower back and been treated with epidural injections. I still had back pain. The insoles made me walk and stand differently, and the result was no more back pain. Just a note - I did go thru an adjustment period and had to gradually get used to the insoles- just as I was informed that I would. I could do a commercial for this place! read more

Our son suggested we go to the good feet store in Alpharetta, I am glad we did. My wife was walking much better before we left the store! Michael was wonderful in helping us with what inserts and shoes we might need. We were not aware a payment plan was available until speaking to our son yesterday.
