Between Tony and my other professional (the kid that suffered painful gout to help me), these guys are the best! I hate the answering service from Pakistan that refuses to speak common English, they suck. BAD. But our local boys? ACES. Just tell the answering service you're sorry their camel didn't start this morning.... They'll hang up and an amazing pro will call. God Bless, Friends. No, I'm far from racist. :)

Then I received a bill showing it was NOT a purchase but a rental instead. And, they charged extra for the seat that is attached to the walker! I contacted the company multiple times and each time was told "You signed the paperwork and received a copy." I never signed any paperwork, I sogned a tablet. And when I signed, I was NEVER told it was a rental. I was told to expect a bill for a dollar and some change, which was never received. The people at the number on the paper bill transferred me to the local office, saying this was a local office error. It took 4 calls and two messages to be told the manager would call...which he never did. I finally was able to reach him. He told me he would submit to have the charges removed. He also arranged for the walker to be picked up as I was NOT going to pay what they were saying the cost would be total at the end of 13 months rental. No one showed up to pick up the walker. I called again and was told the date the manager gave me was not anything they ever had on their schedule. They then scheduled a new date to pick it up. I received another bill and called again and was told the manager never requested the charges be removed. I give the local company manager 0 stars for not following through on returning my calls (2 times), not scheduling the pick up as he told me, and not having the charges removed as I was told he would do. I give the company in general 0 stars for how rude they were on the phone, for not doing anything to correct the wrror, and for refusing to send me a "paper copy" of something they claim I signed on paper (because nothing on paper was EVER signed) and everything was done on tablet so the delivery guy didn't even have any means to provide me a paper copy of anything! Even after 3 calls with the company and their promise to send me a copy of the alleged paperwork, it is now 4 months later and they still have not done so.

Since our goal is to remain in our single story townhome as long as possible, I decided to contact a senior agency that provides in-home non-medical care when I was no longer able to do our own housekeeping, knowing we would need additional help as time went on. I contacted Caring Presence. We had an intake and assessment meeting with Laura on 6/19/24. She was very caring and professional. I explained that I would like to have a thorough surface clean every other week and I would maintain between those cleanings and asked her if that would fit their definition of "light housekeeping". She indicated that they could accommodate our request. We discussed scheduling, and I responded that our townhome, which is a little over 1,200 square feet, took approximately 3 hours to clean, but not knowing the skill or speed of the caregiver to be selected, I indicated that I would be willing to pay for a fourth hour if it was needed. At the end of the meeting, she indicated my first scheduled cleaning day was to be Friday, June 28th. Paperwork that she left me included rules and expectations, and I will quote only what is relevant to this review. "You will be required to sign the caregiver's time sheet, which verifies each day and time services were provided." Additionally, I was required to give their agency 24 hour notice if services were not needed, which was very reasonable. On Friday, June 28th when we were prepared for the initial caregiver's visit, I received a call 45 minutes prior to her expected arrival to inform me that a caregiver had not yet been selected for us. Apparently, the 24 hour notice requirement only works one way. The next week, we received a call to inform us that a caregiver had been selected and she would arrive on Friday, July 5th at 9:00 am. Again, 40 minutes prior to expected arrival, I received a call from Caring Presence stating that the caregiver had called in at 1:00 am to report that she had food poisoning. Her visit was rescheduled for 2 weeks later, on July 19. She arrived promptly on the 19th, and we spent a half hour going over what needed to be done. I spoke to her about the 3 hour schedule and the fact I was willing to cover an additional hour if she needed it to do a thorough surface cleaning. She told me she was through just prior to a full 3 hours, and I confirmed with her that I was happy to pay for the full 3 hours. I asked for her time sheet, and she said she didn't have one. She told me I needed to sign on her phone to indicate that she had been there and done her work. There was nothing on the phone but a blank screen with signature line. I signed it. Although paperwork indicates she was not to receive a gratuity, I gave her $20 in cash to mostly offset her expectation that it had a 4th hour scheduled in case it was needed. On the following Monday, I received an email notice that $112 had been debited from my checking account for 4 hours of work at $28 per hour. I called Caring Presence to bring the mistake to their attention and ask for a $28 credit to my account. I also wanted to know where this timesheet was that I was supposed to sign to confirm her hours. I was told I could only speak to a person that was currently on vacation and he would have her call me first thing Friday morning when she returned. I asked to speak to Laura who did our assessment and set up our first schedule. He refused to allow me to do so. I received no call from their office on Friday morning. I hired a cleaning service and provided Caring Presence with a written termination of our Service Agreement via email on Friday afternoon. These Facts are why I could never recommend anyone to use the services of this organization.

You make your own judgment. This company was a nightmare IN MY OPINION. Evicted my husband after one week cause they said he required too much care. Then said they evicted him because I caused them a disturbance. Not true. Other than pointed communications much of which they chose to not answer though legally responsible to provide me with information. No evaluations by their nurse practitioner. They advertise they can handle any behavior issues but They called fire department on him for being aggressive and hitting the careworker had him removed from the home and sent to a hospital. Never an incident in the past not at home, or at the last memory care facility he was at. He is now joyful and peaceful since coming home and healing from all the cuts and bruises he acquired in while their care. Owners have called and filed reports (with much untrue information) with sheriffs dept, police department, a lawyer and I was told by police possibly APS. I wonder why. It is very difficult to post information about a business when they keep lawyers on staff to threaten you with expensive legal action. But Prescott PD read all communications and listened to my songs and came to the determination that there is no harassment there as they allege.
