Would give zero starts if I could. To every single location in which they operate. They're in charge of supplying oxygen to an 87 yr old who can't walk without it... We have been waiting 5-6 days for someone to pay attention to this order. No one answers the phone. Agents are never available. And if you manage to successfully leave a message on their glitchy phone service, it will take well over 48 hours for someone to get back in touch with you... and they will pass the buck to a colleague. Order went to them on July 9th.... it is now July 15th and I have not spoken to a single person who knows anything about it. Several people have passed me along to Sherrie in Windsor/Fort Morgan, who by all appearances does not actually exist.... I was given a personal number, and a store number, and in both cases, no one answers. No one calls back. Except their billing department. They have a whole call center for taking money, but crickets when it comes to patient care. I've filed complaints with the Colorado Health Facilities & Emergency Medical Services Division and strongly advise others do sp as well. The absolute worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I've been trying for over two months to get a Hoyer lift for my dad. I've been called that the sling hasn't come in. I've been called blah blah blah same old crap all the time. When you call the customer service number they can't transfer you because they're in a pool of calls. Rotech Healthcare or Summit Respiratory on Jewell Ave in Denver lacks in customer service and care for their clients. I guess they don't have too. So many people on Oxygen they don't have to be nice, friendly or informative. I was told Friday I would have a oxygen delivery today between 8:30-6pm. I phoned at noon after being on hold for 50 min. I was told it shows today we are looking for a driver. I am new at this and was told there are no "Nice with Care" Oxygen companies. They don't have to be nice. They have a huge client base. deserves 0 stars. my issue is just like mike g.'s review. i had my dr. put in for a retrial. they call me an say they are short on supplies. i said well the machine is here. i am still waiting for the right face mask fitting. they sent me a nasal attachment and assured me it would work for a mouth breather.....nope. then they charged me for those supplies. ***do not pay your invoices without a correct line-item breakdown. they will rip you off*** read more

They managed to get WORSE, which didn't appear POSSIBLE, yet here we are. Despite using their Cpap almost every night, they called me out of the blue and falsely stated that I didn't use the machine, stating that I only used it "24% of the time." They never gave me any warning or anything. My best GUESS is that I have unplugged it first thing in the morning due to a lack of power receptacles. Then they said I have to pay for the machine and hung up on me without ANY good reason. Just PURE BAD FAITH. Stay AWAY! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. From the get-go, they have been horrible. If you want to spend a day on the phone or in a chat room trying to figure out billing, this company is for you. Rotech is a big DME with many names attached to it. So, your insurance is most likely going through a third party before it gets to Rotech. I can't wait to cancel my contract with them as soon as I own my supplies outright and they have refunded the money they owe me because of double billing. I have had one friendly representative through the compliance department explain the crazy system Rotech has. Other than that, people have been rude, and trying to get any answers is like pulling teeth. I need a thesaurus to find enough synonyms to describe how awful these people are. They said they were waiting on my insurance approval before they could fill the order. I called my insurance and was told they had never submitted a claim or authorization at all. They gave me a different answer about out of pocket costs every time I tried to talk to them. I asked the rep for his supervisor, was told no and then hung up on. Part of this is on me. I didn't do my research beforehand. If I had I would have seen all these other reviews by others that have had similar bad experiences. If your doctor tries to refer you here for a new machine and/or supplies, run away and never look back. This is the worst provider I have ever dealt with. read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Lied to us about the terms of the agreement they forced us to sign while our son was in the NICU. Then kept charging us rental fees after we tried to return oxygen equipment!!! This place is absolutely horrible! I have been using them for my 90-year-old mother-in-law's oxygen needs since September 2018 through no choice of my own. As an oxygen and CPAP user myself for 6 years, I have been thrilled with the service and attention I receive from AeroCare in Windsor. From the start, I have never received the attention I have requested. They always tell me to call ROTECH HEALTHCARE for answers to specific questions and don't appear to care whether I call or not. Also, in most cases, it will take up to 30 minutes to get a living person to answer the phone just to tell me they can't answer my questions due to privacy regulations, even if my question has nothing to do with my mother-in-law. I am so pleased to be able to say that after 6 months, she is now a former patient/client. read more

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this company in regards to setting up (very timely), delivery (very timely), and education in regards to using the equipment. I have had oxygen for my premature twin boys for over 2 months now with the completion of a sleep study and have received strong communication from staff in regards to everything and very sweet customer service! They have gone above and beyond to ensure we have had everything we needed, as well as offer to deliver to our home or to our vehicle in the parking lot. Would highly recommend!!! read more

this place has awful customer service. I work at a hotel and a guest of mine who is a 93 year old man had the worst experience. Not only did they deliver it almost a whole 24 hours later than they said it would be (were talking about a mans oxygen.. to breathe..) and then on top of it, they didn't even bring the OXYGEN. JUST THE BOX. He had to ask them to come back with it. To top it off, weve called to get this stuff picked up and they've promised we would have it off property and that was days ago.. they promised by Friday, and now they are not open on weekends so I can only hope for Monday. I'm very unhappy with the service I've not received from Don Paul Respiratory Services. My Doctor ordered Oxygen twice from this company and I was told I had to do another sleep study before they would deliver any oxygen. I completed another sleep study and the doctor again ordered oxygen. The company has no order for oxygen. Needless to say, trying to do business with this place was futile. read more

We had a midnight response from DonPaul, Greeley, with oxygen setup at the Emergency Room at MCR and they followed us home, gave us a thorough instruction, and followed up with cannulas that were for sensitive ears. 3 other providers did not even respond. I am very pleased with the service and my wife is doing very well. read more
