Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. One time they came with half our shades which most were not even the ones we ordered. We have contacted customer care who does not care, just tells you whatever you want to passify you. We are now looking at hopefully having window coverings by the end of September but I wouldn't be surprised if that get rescheduled AGAIN. My complaint with these guys is not their product, it's their very poor customer care. After they got my deposit I was pretty much ignored by Jesus and the office. After the blinds were installed I wanted to add 2 motors to my blinds and wanted an additional blind for our office. I emailed Barry and Jesus and have gotten crickets. I also called their 888 number and spoke with Javier, who told me to contact Jesus.
