Well please don't be fooled like we were & make sure you shop around 1st. They took it upon themselves to order the most expensive parts to do the job w/ out even notifying us before hand, btw we didn't have expensive parts to begin w/ but for some reason they thought they were doing us a favor???? Why didn't they ask 1st?????? We would have never have approved such parts to begin with but we were never given any options, what a scam! We were also overcharged for the labor which should not have taken them anywhere near the amount of time that was stated on the invoice, to bad we didn't stick around & babysit them the entire time. Speaking of babysitting, the man who did the job brought a helper w/ him who just stood around the entire time & yet we had to foot the bill for both of them???? Not only were we overcharged but we were lied to as well, which was completely apparent on the final invoice itself. We tried to talk to them about their obvious price gouging tactics but they were unresponsive. Please take my advice & do not use this company. Do yourself a huge favor & shop around before you have these clowns show up & rip you off as well. We made several phone calls to other companies after the fact, unfortunately, just inquiring on how much "they" would have charge for such a job & once again we were told "boy you guys were really taken for a ride". Last Thursday, I called requesting service because my AC is not cooling. The woman I spoke with was…read morevery nice and said it would not likely be Friday, but Monday. Monday, I received a voicemail at 7:11 am from a woman that someone was coming. No one came as far as I knew. Called today (Wed 6/3) and was told someone DID come, knocked on the door, no one answered, and left. I explained that I am a senior with medical issues and I do not always sleep like most people do. They did not ring the doorbell (which I would have heard) or call (which I would have heard). I was told they had no requirement to ring the doorbell ("maybe he didn't see it") or call since it was not requested ahead of time. He then said it would be AT LEAST TWO WEEKS before they could get here because they have to take jobs as they come in. I stated that I had already scheduled, why would I have to wait so long? He said that because someone DID come, I pretty much had to go to the back of the line. This person had NO helpful demeaner, not the least bit interested in trying to work something out. SO! CONNER's is leaving a senior citizen with medical issues stuck in a house where the temperature will be above 90 by Friday to wait TWO WEEKS for service. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! OH! by the way, if you go the THEIR website for reviews, you will see ONLY TWO, 5 star reviews from 2023 and 2024!!! I left a review there and it disappeared as soon as I clicked 'submit'.
