I was quoted 850 approximately when he arrived. I told him to complete the task. The service tech thought it would take 2.5 to 3 hours. It took 75 minutes to complete the two ceil fans replacement. The service tech did good work and was polite. Upon completion the tech gave me a 10% discount. The final outcome was approximately $750 for 75-90 minutes of work

I was told "no, he's all we have" by the customer service/office manager. I informed her it was nothing personal but that someone else might have a better solution. Her rude response was, "We don't even normally do this kind of work ". And, I replied, "Well you sure didn't have any problems charging me $325". I asked to please have Josh call me and left. I never heard from him so hired someone else and all is good now. Shepherd should reconsider who their 1st point of customer contact is!
