He said, "I was there and talked to the guy." I said I was home alone. He said, "He even said your name." I asked where he went. He gave me the address of another home I own. I told him he had gone to the wrong address. He said, "I go where they send me" before telling me he wouldn't be coming to fix the refridgerator, which has been out for (now) more than six days. Oncourse, which is as equally terrible, "apoligized" and then tried to sell me additional services, all while telling me 1.) I wouldn't be credited for this month and 2.) they couldn't send someone out for an additonal 48 hours. When Consumers ran its own appliance service plan, it was far, far better than Oncourse, which I'm dropping as soon as I review other service plans. I will NEVER use or recommend CRC Appliance.

This company technicians come out to look at your furnance and it always needs a major repair.
