I found a water leak from the hot water heater in the garage…read more When I sent a picture of the leak, Ben told me that it was caused by a pinhole leak in the left copper pipe. He was, however, out of town for a major remodeling job in Santa Cruz. He sent a colleague of his, David, to my house on the same evening. David came to my home on time and professionally replaced the pipe in 45 minutes. David did a great job and communication with him was excellent, just like Ben. He is passionate about service and integrity. A true expert as well as determined to find the issue and actually fix it. Our A/C was cooling intermittently. It's a very long story but I'll try to be brief. Last year our A/C wasn't cooling, it was doing this randomly. We called the first company to come out. He cleaned everything, charged the coolant, changed the filter and it worked for the rest of the season but he said he couldn't find the issue. If it persisted we needed a Bryant expert. So this year during that massive heat wave it started that again, I found a company called On Point came out. So called experts in Bryant. The tech was a very young guy, not that I'm an ageist but experience comes with years. After literally 15 mins he said it's too old and it needs to be replaced, there are no parts anymore and he can't find the issue. I believed him until I got the quote. You could buy a house somewhere in the Midwest for what they wanted. Stating we needed not only the unit but to modify pipes, pour a new pad, all kinds of new wiring, cut a hole in my plaster ceiling to accommodate the new coil on and on. It looked like a scam. Here comes the part about Jay. He had done work for me a few years ago with an issue I had with a wine cellar cooler and heat it was generating. He did an amazing job and so I called him. Not only did HE pick up the phone, but he had a break in his schedule and came out that afternoon. Not a week later, that day. Though that was lucky. He sourced the issue after really deep diving. Found a broken part, ordered it, yes it was available, two days later my A/C was fixed and is working perfectly for a fair price! He's honest, diligent and doesn't gouge because of your address. Not only that he's a really nice person! Thank you!!!
