I can give this place zero stars, I would! I just had the worst customer service ever experienced! I walked in, was not greeted by the girl behind the register, pizza overdone, remade, still overdone! Waitress was extremely rude. Confusion over refunding money for pizza. Waitress was fussing at kitchen staff for misunderstanding abbreviations on another customer order. Asking to speak to a manager, kitchen manager came out. She was very helpful.... The food was mediocre and the service was horrible. My pizza was undercooked, the bottom of it was raw and just soggy. The waitress was never near us and we had to signal another waiter to get ours for refills and boxes. The only saving grace is that there root beer was good but it is impossible to fuck that up. I paid 26$ for a shitty pizza that made me feel like a Xenomorph planted a egg inside of me. The cherry on top is I had to pay an additional charge due to paying with a credit card. Ordered the Maui Wowie pizza which was supposed to be Canadian bacon, pineapple and BBQ sauce. The pizza came out and was VERY undercooked to the point where the crust was still semi-raw in areas. There might have been a teaspoon worth of pineapple on the entire pizza and we didn't see any Canadian bacon unless it was pureed and added to the sauce. There were a few bacon bits on it, like the kind sprinkled on salads. It was $35 for the raw pizza with hardly any toppings and 2 drinks which didn't even get a refill. Feeling some Italian for dinner I looked up some places in Houma. Rotolo's pizzeria's menu looked good to me so I decided to stop in. I ordered the Bacon mac'n cheese and the 8" Bayou BBQ chicken thin crust pizza. It came really quick but there was only a few customers at that time. The mac'n cheese came with breakfast bacon mixed in but I requested Canadian bacon instead, they obliged. The cheese is more of a sauce with curated cheese top but delicious. It came with 4 garlic bread balls which complimented it nicely. The BBQ pizza was a little over cooked but still good. The bbq sauce a little too sweet for my taste and a LOT of red onions for an 8" pizza. However, The chicken was in every bite and was just right. All in all a good place to get the Italian fix with good service. Not sure if it being busy would hinder the service but it was excellent when I went to dine around 1830 on a Sunday. read more

Where do I start? For the salad $3.75, spaghetti with meatballs almost $14.00. It was pretty good though , the meatballs had a great taste to them also very juicy. Wish the portion was bigger I have a good appetite. As far as the salad a person can't mess that up but way to small for the price, also didn't receive utensils or napkins. The food here is pretty good. The service is very slow and the wait staff is not terribly friendly. There are usually lots of employees standing around talking and laughing but we usually have to actually wave and motion to them to come over to our table. Drink refills? Good luck. If I could give no stars I would. There is a major fly issue in this establishment. Not only were there flys on the walls and in the bathroom, but we found a fly in the container of cheese sitting on our table. Service wasn't the best. When we walked in there were only two other patrons eating in the establishment. There was only one person who was acting as a hostess. Upon finally being seated it took longer than usual for the waiter to come by and take our drink orders. Took awhile for him to bring our drinks. This is my favorite pizza restaurant in town. They make the crust from scratch and it has a sweet taste. I also have had the gluten free crust which I loved. Service was great and the food was yummy. I also like the decor, it has a classy brick feel inside. One person said something about bugs, I have gone there since it opened and have never seen a bug flying around. Someone complained that the manager was listening, I have met him and he is very kind and if something is wrong with a meal, he jumps to fix the situation which is great (I got the wrong dish once). I know they have been training people for the past couple months for the new restaurant in Thib, so I assume that is why there are so many servers around. The pizza is good, especially considering your other options in Houma right now, but I'd get it to go for awhile. In the hour or so we were there, our waitress only came by to take our order, bring us our food and our check. She never checked on us or offered to refill our drinks, and she didn't really offer up a hint of friendliness or personality. But she didn't look too busy either, and spent a lot of time hanging out by the counter staring into space. We ordered beers and they took about 20 minutes to come to the table. I ordered a salad and they delivered it at the same time as our pizza, so I had to move some things onto the window ledge beside us so everything would fit on our small two-person table. I guess I shouldn't have assumed that the salad would come first, because when I complained about it to my boyfriend the manager nearby overheard and asked us some questions about our service and if I'd asked the waitress for my salad to come first. I'm glad he's trying to make things better there but it's a little weird to let the guests know you're listening in on their conversations. I don't think I was expecting too much from this place, just the same level of service competency you'd get at another chain sit-down restaurant like Chili's. But! The pizza is good compared to the other options we have in town, so if that's what you're after, you're in luck! But I'd recommend you get take out.
