I took it to Lake View auto body. It needed a new hatchback (the old one was completely trashed), and the only way to prevent the car from being totalled (I didn't want that) was to find a used replacement. Jason took care of everything. The car seems like new now, absolutely beautiful. You wouldn't know anything had happened. They even drove me back home after I brought it in. They dealt with the insurance company and made everything super simple for me. This is my second review and the second time I've come out of the experience thinking they are absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The only sad bit for all of us, the doorbell camera did not trigger as the log flew off the cliff. We are deprived of an epic video. :(

They are very open & receptive to constructive criticism and super friendly. they obviously care. I even once left a large sum of cash in the car & it was all still there after my detail. After a car wash…read morein Santa Rosa (Mendocino Avenue Car Wash) failed to properly wash and wax my new car, I took it to Eric. He showed me that the car wash had failed to clean the car properly and in fact had waxed over the sap on the finish. He brought out a bottle of sap remover and cleaned a small area on my hood. In about a minute the finish was back to what it was. A week later after the car wash refused to fix the problem, I brought the car to Premier. In about two hours, they stripped off all the wax and sap and rewaxed the car. The finish is now back to a pristine condition, just as it was when I bought it. This is the place to go in Lake County for body and paint work.
