Well I saw a van I liked here, at the right price and immediately felt comfortable with Tim. He does business the old fashioned way, with integrity and giving good value. Complete joke at all Outten locations and the sales lady in the Tamaqua store doesn't even deserve a job. If you are shopping local, I highly recommend Rentschler Ram in Slatington, they gave me a great deal on my brand new 2022. There was no way for him to know that this particular female was CONSTANTLY around (and helping) when we were working on our cars. She knows a thing or two. That was D S's mistake. They are attempting to bill $2000.00 when nothing but diagnostic work was done on this vehicle. They also billed PER MINUTE for phone conversations with the warranty department for this vehicle. The last two days was from their negligence to deliver or allow pick up of the vehicle. They also charged an excessive amount for towing as the vehicle broke down less than 5 miles from their shop. Other excessive charges on the invoice for phone services and oil fees these charges are neither my responsibility nor the responsibility of my insurance company D/S Towing made every attempt to extort from my insurance company and myself. Should you have an encounter with this company and need assistance please file a complaint with the BBB, PA Attorney General Office and other insurance fraud agencies. Horrible people!
