WORST SALON EVER!!! I have never experienced such unprofessional, outrageously awful behavior by nail salon and I've had my nails done for over 30 years now. I was having my nails done by Nina who is absolutely amazing! She has done impeccable work for my GelX. However she is out on maternity leave and I was referred to Liz to do my nails at the salon until she is back. I made an appointment three weeks in advance. The night before my appointment at 8:42pm I got a text from an unknown number cancelling my appointment for no reason. The person never even identified themselves. All very unprofessional. Red flag! I was in desperate need to have my nails done as I have an event tonight and they need to look proper. So I rescheduled for yesterday at 1:00pm. I showed up and again for no reason given, Liz wasn't even at the salon. She was a complete NO SHOW! The receptionist got the manager on the phone to talk to me. They wanted me to do acrylic or dip powder with a tech named Maria. I let them know my appointment was for GelX and this is extremely unprofessional and terrible business practices. All I got was excuses. Maria then said she can try GelX on me. I asked if she has ever done them on any clients and was told "no". Well that was another red flag. I let the receptionist know that if they weren't done correctly then I was not going to pay for them. I don't think that was an unreasonable statement and I never was rude, unkind, yelled or even raised my voice. I was very kind and patient. I even told the staff that it was not their fault and not to worry, this is bad management of their staff and scheduling. Then the receptionist came to tell me that they had changed their mind and would not be doing my nails and I had to leave. Yes, I was asked to leave because "everyone does nails differently and they cannot guarantee I would be happy so they just don't want to try"! I was dumbfounded that they were throwing away a great paying customer. Mind you my last appointment I paid $250.00 and have the proof. GelX is not cheap and to be told they don't want my business is the biggest and last red flag. It should be for you too. Even if you just go for acrylic or another type of service, this is how management treats their customers with zero regard that it is because of US that they are in business. We just got a wild hair to get her a mani pedi and I just needed my toes done. We walked into her old place they treated us like they could care less. I went back and showed the manager or owner, not sure what his role was, the manicure I received and told him why I wasn't happy with it. He had me sit with Jenny and she fixed my nails and I walked out with a much better manicure. He made sure this experience was better than my first visit there. This salon was amazing from the moment I walked in! I was treated immediately with a smile. I didn't know what I had on my nails so the owner and nail tech figured it out together right away! Super helpful, this place is top notch clean, even have a separate cleaning employee to insure sanitation. I can say I was truly impressed. I even saw the owner coming around doing some extra sanitizing. First time at this place, was thinking the reviews were good and the place was busy so it is a good place. I don't know if it was the technician or the place in general, but my dip nails are unpolished on the corners/sides, not evenly glossy, sections that did not receive the top coat. After various attempts of informing them and pointing out things, I was still not satisfied with the end result. And my toe nails after my pedicure, I specifically mention two corners on my big toe that hurt due to how my nails grow and me having had those removed years ago, it seemed like instead of cleaning them she was scraping the top part with the pointy end and they hurt as if something is still stuck in there. My toe nail polish is unevenly glossy with visible from sitting down flaws, I can even feel it prior to putting my shoes on. I came here the other evening for a pedicure. I called about 1 hour before I went in to make an appointment. They accept walk-ins as well, but I just wanted to make sure they weren't booked. I got there about 30 minutes early, so I just took a seat, picked out my color and read. They were able to get me started about 15 minutes early. When I go get a pedicure I just want to sit there, read, relax and not have to talk haha. I'm all about being nice and exchanging pleasantries, but I don't want to talk the whole time. The woman who was doing my pedicure was friendly and let me relax and read. Overall, the pedicure was great - especially for the price. I'm use to higher prices where I use to live. I do wish the massage part was longer though, it was really quick and that is my favorite part about getting a pedicure. I would come back and recommend this place. read more

Ladies, when I tell you that it came out crooked, the gel finish they used has air bubbles, and Nina rushed through, presumably because they were preparing to close. I've come here twice, HOPING it would improve the second time. Alas, it didn't. I'm shorted another $40, unhappy with my nails, and unwilling to return. read more
