After install, the installer told us there is no warranty on the replacements because it was just glass replacement, which raised questions. We called Milgard, they said full lifetime warranty like all their Residential windows. I asked about the fogged ones, they said they would have been covered as long as we are the original owners, which is the case. She even said they replace them if you rent it out as a short term rental. All they do is a title search. However, she said there is nothing they can do because they were already replaced. Aluma Glass has been avoiding my dad's calls, no updates. His last call to them, they lied and said it's only 10 year warranty. A month after install Milgard says Aluma Glass still never ordered the bathroom window they were short on during install, that he paid for. Aluma Glass, you only carry 5 brands of Windows! It is YOUR responsibility to know their warranties! If you can't keep track of simple warranties, maybe you should refer homeowners to the Manufacturer! You owe Don money! I am giving you a chance to reimburse him, or this story is going into several Facebook community groups, with thousands of people in them, as well. You have 7 days to respond and reimburse.
