Under her eyes looks a little better but all the wrinkles around her mouth are still there.. they told her the fillers would work for a year to two years. They didn't work for a day... she made multiple appointments with them & said shes unsatisfied. They showed us the before pictures, and I don't see a difference.. And they said sorry you can't have any money back. And asked us to leave the office... very unprofessional company.

I was informed to send a referral from my GP. Done. Called again for an appointment; diverted to scheduling. I could only leave a message for someone from scheduling (Robin) to call me back; left my number. Called back 4 hours later after no call back to check on setting the appointment. I was then told scheduling had 3 to 5 working days to call me back -- their normal procedure. In all my years of phoning medical facilities -- hospitals, dentists, clinics, anything -- this was a first; 3 to 5 work days just to be able to set up an appointment date. Ludicrous.

(Bonus). Get there early and take the super comfy chair in the sunny corner where you can watch the world go by or endlessly scroll on your phone thanks to the high speed connection. The dentist and hygienist will always explain everything to you. You won't have any unnecessary procedures, and you'll walk away with oral health swag every time. I recently shared with the dentist that my confidence in my smile has increased a million fold since they fixed a chip in my front tooth. She was so moved to hear it. I am a retired RN and thought I was familiar with the ins and outs of medical care for Seniors…read more After decades of being a patient of this practice and years of being seen by a Nurse Practitioner I really liked, I was "assigned" to Dr. Ko when the NP retired. My 1st annual visit with Dr. Ko was rushed from start to finish. I'm not sure it even lasted 5 minutes. Each concern I brought up was essentially dismissed as "sun damage". Since I have been treated for skin cancer in the past, this was concerning to me. After writing to the practice manager to complain and request to be switched to another practitioner, she phoned me and I was told "internal provider transfers were not allowed" at this time. I am stunned by this apparent policy! When I explained that I now need to be seen for a spot on my shoulder Dr. Ko "dismissed" but is worsening and I feel needs to be reevaluated, the practice manager informed me I had to be seen by Dr. Ko or not be seen at all. I told her that didn't work for me so now I'm searching for another dermatologist. My advice: stay away from this practice.

He determined that the issue was nerve-related, not dental, and told me that a root canal or surgery would not help. Instead, he advised me to see a neurologist. Thanks to his recommendation, I was quickly diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and, because it was caught early, now have a strong treatment plan. It is rare to find a provider who prioritizes doing what is right over performing unnecessary procedures. I am deeply grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and care.

She was clear to explain her reasoning of why I should do one option over the other. The office staff was extremely friendly as well. I had never been there before but felt like I had been a patient for years. Very clean, pleasant facility. I highly recommend this office.
