Under her eyes looks a little better but all the wrinkles around her mouth are still there.. they told her the fillers would work for a year to two years. They didn't work for a day... she made multiple appointments with them & said shes unsatisfied. They showed us the before pictures, and I don't see a difference.. And they said sorry you can't have any money back. And asked us to leave the office... very unprofessional company.

Things are run smoothly post surgery as well (e.g. follow up communication). Dr. Turko has a calm and professional manner about him and is a joy to work with. The front desk staff are also welcoming and helpful. In the Greater Portland area, this would be the practice I recommend for any cosmetic surgical procedures.

Dr Zelones is a wonderful surgeon and I wasn't expecting my results to look this great. He even saved my tattoo intentionally trying to keep my Mickey intact. The entire staff there are also amazing. Katie was my nurse after waking up from surgery and she was so attentive and the sweetest with the best bedside manner. Jaymyn was also wonderful answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable before the surgery. Charlotte who is an intake nurse on the phone is also great at what she does. I highly recommend Plastic and Hand to anyone who is in search of a great plastic surgery facility. But he's also gentle & calming and thoroughly explains both the process and what to expect in the weeks to follow. I love that they take blood pressure because, for some, access to that simple screening wouldn't happen anywhere else. Staff are warm and friendly, the space is sunny and clean with free WiFi! (Bonus). Get there early and take the super comfy chair in the sunny corner where you can watch the world go by or endlessly scroll on your phone thanks to the high speed connection. The dentist and hygienist will always explain everything to you. You won't have any unnecessary procedures, and you'll walk away with oral health swag every time. I recently shared with the dentist that my confidence in my smile has increased a million fold since they fixed a chip in my front tooth. She was so moved to hear it. My 1st annual visit with Dr. Ko was rushed from start to finish. I'm not sure it even lasted 5 minutes. Each concern I brought up was essentially dismissed as "sun damage". Since I have been treated for skin cancer in the past, this was concerning to me. After writing to the practice manager to complain and request to be switched to another practitioner, she phoned me and I was told "internal provider transfers were not allowed" at this time. I am stunned by this apparent policy! When I explained that I now need to be seen for a spot on my shoulder Dr. Ko "dismissed" but is worsening and I feel needs to be reevaluated, the practice manager informed me I had to be seen by Dr. Ko or not be seen at all. I told her that didn't work for me so now I'm searching for another dermatologist. My advice: stay away from this practice.

They have 20 dermatologists in this office. I was assigned to one who barely spent a couple of…read moreminutes with me, was dismissive and disinterested and then refused to give me any care at all for my severe acne because I had to reschedule a single appointment due to illness. With no other options in the city taking Medicare, my doctor referred me to this office again a year later for a concerning patch of discoloration that has appeared on my face and won't go away. I asked them to assign me to one of the other dermatologists. They said they'd check and call back. They never did, so months later, I called them again. They then REFUSED to let me see another doctor, saying I have to see the same doctor I saw previously, whether I was happy with her or not. They insist that's their policy and they won't make exceptions for patients who are uncomfortable with a doctor. Patients should have the right to see doctors WE are comfortable with, not those who make us feel worthless and give us unsatisfactory care. There is NO reason they couldn't allow me to see one of the other doctors except 'it's our policy'. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do. This office is unprofessional and cares nothing about patients.

He took X-rays and spent a significant amount of time thoroughly testing to find the true cause of my pain. He determined that the issue was nerve-related, not dental, and told me that a root canal or surgery would not help. Instead, he advised me to see a neurologist. Thanks to his recommendation, I was quickly diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and, because it was caught early, now have a strong treatment plan. It is rare to find a provider who prioritizes doing what is right over performing unnecessary procedures. I am deeply grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and care.
