I sat for a while reading books about psychology and medicine, but I saw a ton of cookbooks, advice books, various fiction genres, and so on. At the front, they have a more rare books for a higher price. Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the door, but did not bother me while I was walking around. They were out of the way but ready to assist when needed. It seemed like they had a few common customers as they were on a first name basis with several people who walked in the store! My only regret is not coming here sooner.

The books inside are individually priced, while the books outside are discounted to 10 or 25 cents based on which side it is on. I could have spent hours there. After selecting way too many books, I took them up to the counter to check out. As the friendly employee rang up the books, we chatted about D&D. Sharing a space with an architectural firm, what you see when you first walk in, is what you get. There's not aisles and aisles of books, but that's what makes it easy to spend some time looking. The children and young adult section is a decent size, surprisingly, so it will give the kids something to do while you spend time looking. Mostly current authors, and a fair mix of biographical, non-fiction and informational, So & So does its job -- offering something different when time and boredom with the common stuff can make book shopping a chore. None of that is an issue here.
