When I asked her why there wasn't any discount for using the same glass, she didn't get it & had no interest in contemplating my question. Coffee is $1 with refills being $.50...whatever. The bathrooms are disgusting! One stall in one of the women's went without toilet tissue all night even after letting an employee go know about it. The woman doing the calling was a huge improvement from my last visit a year or so ago, she was really very good!
