Called in a take out order for 6 pizzas. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and patient over the phone. He even helped me with pizza specials and saved me some $$. It was nice to not feel rushed off the phone, he out me on hold so he could ask his manager about changing the special they were running to meet my needs. When I went in to pick up the order I noticed the store was nicely remodeled and appeared clean. The lady at the register greeted me with a smile and was also patient and kind. She even offered a few extra condiments for our large order. My family enjoyed the pizzas, they were fresh and the crust was perfect. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was in town visiting family, and was really craving a Round Table pizza. The Noble location was closest to where I was staying. I made an online order, with a pickup time of 3PM. When I arrived, the Assistant Manager, Billy was surprised that there was an online order. He checked in the back, and then informed me that his 'buddy' accidentally inputted my time for AM. When I asked him if they were open at 3AM, he laughed and said no; so I am not sure how this mistake in time could happen. To make up for it, Billy did only charge me for a medium, instead of an x-large. I should have left though. As I waited about 15 minutes for my pizza, I looked around. It was disgusting. I counted 5 tables just in the open area in front of the salad bar that had plates, glasses, and trash on them. The salad bar was disgusting as well. There was food all over the front of it, along with napkins and straw wrappers. In the time I sat there, no one else had come in to place an order, and yet no one was up front cleaning the area. When I complained to the Shift Supervisor and Billy, the Assistant Manager both provided excuses of why the front wasn't cleaned. They just made 6 deliveries, they had no time. However, it sounded like a bunch of clowns playing around in the kitchen while I waited. The pizza looked good, but I couldn't force myself to eat it. With the way the front of the house was maintained, I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. So in the trash it went, what a waste of money. I hope this place gets some serious management in there, or Billy can get his "buddies" to start doing what they get paid to do. Save yourself the disgust and go to the Mooney location! read more

Ordered a small Italian sausage pizza last week. Worst pizza I have ever had. It seemed as if there was no sauce on it at all. So dry.

The pizza is alright - still better than Pizza Hut or Domino's - but this location's pizza is not as good as the Mooney Blvd. location's pizza. Had the same pizza at both locations and this Noble location had significantly less toppings. So, if the food is just alright, one would hope the service would make up for it. At this Noble location, the service is horrible. We have been there twice - once to eat in for their Tuesday night buffet and once to pick up. During the buffet night, no one was cleaning up the tables so we and the other customers started piling our used plates on an empty table. Also during the buffet night, we asked when they might have more cinnamon twists, which were gone. The employee said there should be some out in a couple of minutes. TWENTY minutes later, we asked again because they still were not refilled. The employee seemed bothered when, after saying "a couple of minutes" again, we reminded him that he said that twenty minutes ago. We really should have just left. And never returned. But we did. We gave them another chance. We ordered a pizza for pick up. When we walked in, it was about 5 minutes before an employee came to the counter. When he did, he seemed annoyed that we pulled him away from whatever he was doing. He found our pizza, rang us up and gave the pizza to us and promptly left. (This behavior is different than the Mooney Blvd. location. There, when they give you your pizza to go, they open the box and let you look at it and make sure everything is correct.) While the pizza was technically correct, it was lacking in comparison to what we had before - from the Mooney Blvd. location. But, we couldn't ask him about that because he was already gone. So, I highly recommend heading west to the Mooney Blvd. location. You'll be treated better and get a better pizza. read more

Although we've frequented this RT since childhood for family outings and various sports parties and birthdays, we ordered delivery last night since this is just about the closest pizza place that delivers. We ordered a large King Arthur's Supreme for our family. It was kind of pricey $26 with the delivery but it was very good. The lady who took our order over the phone and the delivery driver were both very friendly. Pizza was hot upon arrival and everyone enjoyed our dinner. We had originally tried dining at the RT on Mooney but the line was long and there wasn't a clean table in the place (plenty of empty tables though). So we decided to try the RT on Noble. When we walked in we were very pleased with the inside. It had been a few years since we had visited this location and the remodel job looked great and everything was clean. We loved it! We felt very welcomed and taken care of by all staff. They were all awesome. I even talked to the manager Brittani and complimented her on our experience. I wish I could remember the names of the other two women working because they deserve recognition as well. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days. So you are all appreciated! Came in to have dinner and ordered enough to take home leftovers for my kids. We ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and a medium Maui zaui pizza and an appetizer of wings. Spent nearly $70, but I was fine with that. So we get our pizzas first and when I ask about the wings I was ( passively/ aggressively) told by (she/he??? ) " I only have 2 hands". Ate here today with my boyfriend for lunch. There were maybe 3-4 tables in use in the whole place and tables not in use had used plates and trash piled on them. The employees although very nice seemed to not care about cleanliness. I went to get a drink and noticed there were flies and there was food all over the buffet area and one of the heating lamps was out. This is cause for concern because food won't be kept at ideal temperatures and hello bacteria and food poisoning. My boyfriend and I both work in the food service industry and we joked about how we wished to work in a restaurant this slow because we would have the time to make sure things are clean and in working order. It was my first time there this evening and my husband and I couldn't decide on a place to eat. We got inside and it was dead; one guy behind the counter and another sitting out front in their little booth for people waiting. We didn't know what we wanted yet so we stepped aside to look over their menu. A lady came and picked up, and I decided to go sit down with the baby while my husband ordered. As we went to go grab our things from the booth I sat them at, the second lady who came to pick up was still there, as she came in about 5-10 minutes ago to pick up. As we walked past her, she looks and awkwardly laugh and said, "Better off eating somewhere else huh." I looked over the counter to see all the employees back in the kitchen wondering why my husband had not put an order in and wanted to go else where but I waited until we walked out to ask him. He then asked if I heard what the lady said and told me what happened. Apparently the workers had dropped the lady's pizza and had to go make her a new one. What I was surprise about was why it took all of them to make to go remake a pizza instead of taking in another order. I'm giving them 2 stars, because I work in the food industry too. Fantastic customer service! Very nice lady at the register! We got the buffet and she offered us chilled plates for our salad. When we were sitting at our table she came around a few times to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Also a young blonde woman who I think was the manager also came around a couple times checking on us and asked if we had a request for a pizza in the buffet and we did and she got it out quickly and hot. We really enjoyed the experience and food and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from younger people! My wife and I recently visited this establishment. Ordered a large all meat Montague pizza. When we got our pizza i noticed that it had what appeared an excess amount of cheese and the bottom didn't look thoroughly cooked. I brought my concerns to a very nice young lady and very professional. Turns out her name is Lindsey the store shift manager. She immediately apologized that we were not satisfied with the pizza. Without hesitation she offered to replace the pizza with another. I explained that we were kind of in a hurry. She then offered to comp me a pizza for our next visit. I ordered a pizza and wings at about 6:30 pm expecting it by 7:15pm like I was told on the receipt. Around 7:30 I get a call from the driver who tells me she forgot items from the other order and my pizza is gonna be cold and for me to call store to get a remake. I call store and the manager named Lindsey answers I tell her what driver told me she tells me that's the only driver and I would still be waiting to get the food I ordered. I asked about a refund and she tells me 5-7 days. Unacceptable this person is rude likes to raise her voice over the phone and then hangs up on me. I call back and she is still rude. Can not believe that person is a manager. I asked to give a message to the owners to call me the next business day. I would think twice about ordering from this location. A little update my order arrives 2 hours late. Only 1 big problem the rude attitude having delivery driver forgot the wings on the order. Okay so first of all this Round Table has some of the best management ever! Especially the store manager. Once an order of jalapeños that I had ordered was forgotten during my delivery and she comped us 3 orders for our next delivery. Secondly, they are the ONLY pizza place that will deliver out in the country to where we live! There are 3 places that are CLOSER to where we live and they REFUSE to deliver this far. But not Round Table! They do it each and every time no complaint. I also would like to say how amazing one of their delivery drivers (Tyler Ryder) is! He always will stop, get out of the car and LOCK our gate behind him. He does not have to do that. I usually will go to close it behind him but he always says don't worry about it Ma'am I'll get it for you guys. If he doesn't verbally tell us he will close it he will go out of his way to call us and say just so you know I closed the gate so you don't need to come and do it. That is above and beyond customer service. If you don't go to Round Table you need to!
