I have been traveling for work the past few months, long days and hours type of deal.. anywho I had previously ordered on 2 occasions to my hotel. I'm a huge fan of the Pizza Guys chain as I'm a longtime customer of the Apple Valley, CA location. I had a delivery for some wings, a salad and my usual favorite ..a large Taco Pizza for me and my gf. Unfortunately I got a ..base model version of a taco pizza due to a "new employee still training" which I completely understand. I spoke with Kathy and explained my honest dissatisfaction to which she was phenomenally understanding in resolving the issue and rectified it immediately. This is the type of communication and professionalism that's rare in the food service industry. Kathy is the perfect example of what a manager should strive for.. patient, professional, and proactively engaging in making sure customers are happy. Major Kudos to her & her team!

Horrible!!! The food is nasty and the owners are even worse!!! The old hag lady has to be the rudest person on the planet and the grouchy old man is a crook. They refused to refund money for food that was inedible. Don't give these crooks a dime of you hard earned money. Save yourself the headache and food poisoning and just go to a real restaurant!!! One that values its customers and knows the meaning of respect, honesty and integrity. Someone should call the health inspector and have them pay a visit to this place, who knows what they'll find!!
