Although it was a relatively minor repair, everyone at Apex treated me with the same attention and professionalism I would have expected for a much larger job. Their customer is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful waiting room, spotless restrooms, free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch. It was a small gesture, but a highly observant and considerate one! Once they brought my vehicle in, the repair took only about 20-30 minutes. Then, to my complete surprise, they told me there would be no charge. We had a wheel bearing on the travel trailer go out and…read morewas dead in the water on I-20, couldn't move it any further without axle damage, he came to us and replaced the damaged bearings, hub and brakes and didn't rake us over the coals on price like some would and could have done. He also came to the speedway later on in the week where we were camping and repacked the other 3-wheel bearings.
