You can clearly taste the sausage and beef are not precooked. This pie was cooked to perfection as well. Hard to achieve a perfect cook on a loaded pizza with extra cheese without burning the crust. Oven master right there! Also the Stromboli was exactly what I was after. Appears to be crumbled sausage from Farm Boy meats. Had plenty of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni!
