There is a Honda dealership minutes from me in Cumberland, Maryland but they wouldn't allow me in their shop without a mask during the planDEMic. So I checked with Roadhouse to see if they forced healthy people to wear masks during the election flu. They said no. So I drove an hour and a half and was not disappointed. I got just what I wanted and their prices were competitive. Super friendly and helpful staff. Plus a large selection of bikes, accessories and clothing. I really enjoyed the shopping experience. I was looking for a teryx 800 s le, 2 seater unfortunately they didn't have any nor were any coming in the near future. Dakota spent at least a half hour with me going over the teryx features and options. I ended up buying one elsewhere. But, will look to Roundhouse for maintenance and accessories. I spent ample time getting quotes on accessories from the parts department and they were very helpful . Thanks for experience. read more

Came in to look for a bike. They didn't have the bike that I was looking for but that is not there fault due to the bike manufacturer they don't know when the date of arrival will be for the bikes. But the lady I was talking to helped me and my girlfriend a lot. read more

These people don't know how to run a business. Tyler, the sales rep, talks to us for a day or two about a 2017 UTV we want. We ask him to get us an estimated trade-in amount for our UTV, but would consider financing the whole thing outright. Great. Next day, we talk to him for 20 minutes on the phone, then he mentions someone else came and got financing on it. Why not mention that at the BEGINNING of the conversation? The other buyer didn't put a deposit down, and we were ready to get it, but they said despite having NO deposit & no buyer agreement filled out (which is their POLICY for holding a machine), they are choosing to hold the machine for a week for this guy. Steve Seltzer then tries to tell me the 2017 machine that Tyler has been trying to sell us has been sold for 7 days, and the one the other buyer committed to is a 2018 at a totally different price. So who's right here? Either Tyler has been trying to sell us a NON-EXISTENT machine for 4 days or Steve is lying out of his teeth. One thing is for sure, and that's that they have no idea exactly what machines are on their lot, they are giving you information and pricing for machines that don't even exist there, and they don't follow their own policies. To add insult to injury, Steve basically told me that because I contacted another Kawasaki dealer to see if they could potentially simply price-match Steve's (non-existent) machine, since you know - Steve's machine was claimed- that I should take my business elsewhere. Extremely poor sales people. They do not care to actually wait or speak to any customers. The parts counter and service department are typically decent, but if you are looking to buy a new motorcycle...good luck finding help that cares. I have gone to Steve Seltzer's three times in the last several months with strong intent to trade in my current bike for a new one. The first two times, could not get a sales person to answer any questions. Today, I actually had a salesman helpfully answering my questions for 10 minutes then he was called away by his boss to help someone else. His boss looked at me, walked away and started polishing an ATV. I walked out and will buy elsewhere. I had purchased my 2 previous motorcycles from Steve, but will not go back. read more

Unfortunately Steve Seltzer just sold to another company. I had my Golding in for service and was waiting to pick it up when the weather was ok to go home. We live over an hour away. So My wife was in the area a few days before and paid the bill. They informed her that they had new owners and they all would be in working over the weekend. Sunday included. SO... We had an opportunity to take a ride and she dropped me off to get my bike. There was an IT guy doing what they do and no one else was around. I showed him my paperwork, ID and license and he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do. I was getting hot! So he called the new owner Matt.. But Matt did not ask to talk with me. He tell this IT kid He can be there in and hour!! Um We have other obligations at home. This was supposed to be out and back. So I was unable to get my bike and as of today Monday the 20th I have not received a call and I tried calling them but it is still hooked up to Seltzer Powersports! very sad for a new ownership!. read more

I have always enjoyed shopping there, and while others see the salespeople as poor, I rather enjoy the shopping experience. They are not overly pushy, and generally don't approach you unless you ask for help. I like to have the no pressure sales so that I can find what I want rather than what someone else would like to sell me. They have a centralized counter, so if you need help, you need only ask. I have purchased 2 motorcycles from them, and have had no problems either time. They are very knowledgeable, and when I was getting my first bike, they were more interested in getting me into a bike that I would be able to feel comfortable on rather than some of the more high priced bikes. They had me sit on it and lean in both directions to make sure that I could handle everything. I was pleased both times. read more

Had a bike dropped off about a week ago to have the tank and lines flushed as it had been sitting a while. Was told by the shop manager(Matt) that they had the tank off the bike and flushed the lines and the tank was going to need some work. Days go by with no contact so we contacted them. We were told that the tank would need replaced or hot blasted because of rust. We decided to get the bike back and have it looked at elsewhere and were told that they needed time to put it back together. we showed up at Seltzers to pick up the bike, it had the same gas that it had in it when we dropped it off, they never even touched the bike. We were charged $60 for nothing and to be lied to by the shop manager ( Matt). he lied to us on the phone twice and lied to us in person at the shop. It wasn't so much about the money as it was the time wasted and the integrity of a business which readily lies to cover the work or in this case lack of work that was performed. The shop Manager (Matt) was arrogant and didn't even offer a refund of the $60 for doing nothing. Part of the fees that they had typed on the slip were for disposal of hazard waste that were never removed from the bike?? I will be contacting the BBB, But lets be clear, this wasn't about the money it was about the Blatant lies that were told. read more
