He "accidentally" left out labor costs. Dan took off some money for w/e but I still paid around $1850+ instead of $980+ (original amount quoted and the only reason I ageed to fix or else I would've sold my bike). Dan is a great guy/salesman... the service is great... and other than the first quoted price, I still trusted them enough to go back a second time. It was shared with me that the COO would come with the bike. This is where Dave came into the picture. Right, Wrong, or Indifferent, Dave has a huge ego/chip that comes across extremely disrespectful from a customer standpoint. I stated if the bike doesn't have a COO, I will bring the bike back for a refund. Dave's response, 'Well bring it back". Two minute later Cayle calls me back and stated he will get the COO. Approximately 10 days later, the dealership obtained the COO and processed the bike in a manner it should have been from the start. Cayle was great!!! Dave on the other hand is the reason for this rating. If this dealership has the only part in the world for my bike, I would park the bike or sell it for part, before I go back in there. 100% because of Dave's ego and disrespectful manner. Thank you Cayle for what you did, and my opinion/rating doesn't reflect you what so ever. Looking through the reviews, I am sure that there will be a response, "there are two sides to every story" to cover up for ownership and accountability for Dave's actions. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. The price was fair (other than fees). But the experience could've been better/more. Their fees are higher than other shops, and they don't flex/waive any of them, nor tell you what the fees really cover. Other shops know they can be flexible because a positive experience means they can make money back in the long term from related additional purchases or return/loyal visits. Pete's didn't seem interested in any of that. It was a very much one-done transactional experience.

Bought a used 2016 Street twin here in 2020. Right out of the gate we had issues. I called foul…read moreafter paying their "out the door maintenance check', only to find out the bike's fluids had not been touched in years, and the bike was filthy. When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

Bait and switch? You tell me…read more.. When you agree a price in writing and have it with you the next day you expect to say pay the price that was agreed. Not over $2750 more. To say I'm not happy is an understatement it's a three hour drive from my house to this dealership both ways. They then kept me another hour so they could talk me into the pricing increase. Yes I believe them that it was a computer glitch, a complete accident, but even so a good dealership stands by the price they've given in writing. Over six hours wasted driving to and from MOD plus another hour and a half on top while they tried to talk me into the new price.
