I went back to the store with the three unopened expired bottles to ask for a refund, but the female customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She argued with me, blamed me for not checking the date myself, and refused to take responsibility for your store's mistake. She also refused to refund the bottle my daughter had already thrown away, only agreeing to refund three bottles. This is clearly your store's fault for selling expired milk, not mine. It is illegal under FDA regulations to stock expired products. The staff's attitude was also terrible and she refused to admit any mistake. I will never shop here again and will definitely expose this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior！
