While we only visited for 15 minutes enjoying a nice iced latte and smoothie, it was nice to see the hard work that had gone into this cute historic building in SW Louisiana. After looking around the shop for a few minutes, it became clear that someone is really passionate about coffee here and has an above average knowledge. I tried two of their versions of a kolache, which they spell different signifying the difference from a traditional kolache and their version.
