Poor customer service. Internet is a hit and a miss. Usually doesn't work. They will not give refunds for any reason. To me this is stealing. No service, no refunds. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They suck!!! read more

worst company I've ever used for service. anytime I call it goes to voicemail. they get upset when reporting a issue or snotty when you express to them that you're not able to reach them. Also good luck reaching them when there's a serious outage and they're aware of it... they won't dare answer a phone. This service will randomly drop for no apparent reason. complete intermittent issues all throughout the month. I seriously CANNOT wait until the competitors take over this valley. they treat their customer base like shit because at one point they were the sole provider of services here for the whole Golden Valley Area. NEWS FLASH.... Straighten up or you'll be out of business. WECOM is coming and already installed wire on our street . I'm sure they have more value of thier customers and better more competitive pricing. OUT with the old IN with the new. when people pay money for service it should be a fair Barter. we ALSO shouldn't have to deal with ANY amount of Snotty or "bitchy attitudes" to be frank, not when the sweat drips off my brow to make their paycheck together as a community and public effort We float this company. Absolutely the worst company. No customer service, I cringe every time I have to call. The service drops every 2-4 minutes. Then can be disconnected for minutes, or hours. Never an explanation, why? This Has been going on now for 4 months, it's 10am right now, it has dropped 12 times since I turned it on at 7:am. ( keeping a log after contacting FCC on 9/13/2024.) The WORST! If you like service interruptions, poor customer service with nothing but excuses, being billed for service that doesn't work then this is the place for you. The absolute worst customer service. Amanda speaks to customers likes they are preschoolers. She then hangs up on them when they say something she doesn't not understand or does not know how to respond to. The service is less that great during and kind of bad weather, but other than that it is ok Their billing system is ancient. There is no way to pay any other amount online except what is billed. You cannot see your account information. You have to call Amanda and speak with her. Amanda threatens to cut off your internet if she feels like your getting over on her. I am so disappointed. We have been customers for over 2 years, when it was known as Golden Valley Cable. New management has been responsive and friendly, no changes in quality and very nice on the phone whenever I have called. I look forward to the improvements to cables in the future they are working to do. This company is hands down better than Frontier, we had so many issues. The repair folks were fine but the equipment was failing all the time that supported our area (I found out it was old and struck by lightning) but I was told if I didn't complain frontier would not fix anytime soon.... So I found this company and they came and since then it's been headache free! read more

Trash internet, just got an email from them saying that they can't fix the outage, I left them 4 months ago and went to Starlink, haven't had an interruption yet. My internet is working perfect and cruising along at 140 megs. read more

What a horrible experience with these people at the Golden Valley location. Unprofessional, rude and they need to get they're stuff together. They keep harassing me for "equipment " of their's that we RETURNED. Tried charging me $50 for it saying "we have no record showing it was returned" really? These people need to be fired obviously no one in that office knows what they are doing and don't know how to keep track of their "equipment ". Then she said "we're doing you a favor by not charging you the $50" for what!!! I DON'T HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT!!! IT WAS RETURNED!!!! STOP HARASSING ME!!! read more

Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. First call the company representative was honest that for my location they could only give speeds of 6 megabits per seconds. The install took over a week but the guy was professional and polite. But after that everything is downhill. Two weeks into having their service my internet goes down and I work from home so it's a big deal. I called the number Google provided the woman answering the phone rudely told me I was talking to the needles office and need to call golden valley, she gave me the number to call, and first three tries someone answered but said nothing and hung up. I called needles office back and was transferred to the owner, he took my number and when I talked to tech support he was not only rude and aggressive but also insulting. I will definitely be looking for a more professional internet service provider. read more
