I don't even know how to describe the customer service here being that I never had any service. I called everyday for about 2 weeks strait to ask if I could have a tech sent to my home in fort Mohave where the internet had been down for about 3 weeks. I never got one single person on the phone,email,Facebook I tried everything! I ended up just calling my bank and putting a block on them from pulling anymore payments from account. I'm not sure if Mohave Broadband is even in business anymore. I feel if they were in business they would notice that they can no longer take funds from me. I'm not an unreasonable person I wanted this to workout however they have zero issues with loosing a customer or like stated before have closed the doors at this place. Terrible service, worked half the time, this is the most frustrating service that I have ever had, I signed up Feb 8th 2019, from day one it was terrible called them constantly to get it fixed, it never did get fixed, I do Airbnb and have to have internet that works for my Guests, so on Apr 6th 2019 I called to cancel, he was giving me a bunch of bull that I signed a 6 mos contract which no one told me about that, what I signed was on a phone which I thought it was to verify that the service man actually gave me service, he says he told me, well I signed on with a woman on the phone with no mention of a contract zip info, so on April 7th 2019 internet was turned off on April 8th they collected 49.99 out of my bank after I had already canceled, when I signed up they said it had to be auto pay and on the day I got service I paid 99.99, which they took out of my bank on Feb 8th 2019 , on Mar 8th paid 49.99 and April 8th 3 days after I canceled they took 49.99, now I see why they want auto pay, plus all these rules and contracts they say they have but don't get it in writing so they can keep changing them to suit there needs when needed, I asked them to return my pymt that they had no right to take since I had canceled, if not I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau, and your right they don't get back to you they ignore you, they have no ethics and should not be allowed to have a business, there taking your money but not giving you the service your paying for, read more

Where to begin...This is the most horrible company I have dealt with I called them for service at the end of Jan the Owner was not sure if I could get the service in my area a couple weeks went by and they came out to install I was charged 100 in cash for install and 50 for first months service on my credit card well he charged me twice so there went 200 finally they hooked up this so called sattelite up and my comp would not connect It was getting late so I had said we could figure it out later I had no service for like 2and a half weeks I called multiple times and there so called tech support was a answering machine I finally got a hold of the owner and told him my service did not work and I wanted a refund he started cursing me out and refused to refund my money I told him to come and remove his equipment and when he arrived he was still unwilling to give me any refund and refused to give me copies of my personal information that was used when signing up all along cursing and telling me I had a piece of crap computer the police were called and a report was filed I am going to take this man to court for scamming me out of 200 dollars As you can tell I am online so we know my comp works just fine it is his service that does not BEWARE it really is not worth the hassle...... read more
