    Best internet/ cable tv provider in town. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly.

New management…read morehas been responsive and friendly, no changes in quality and very nice on the phone whenever I have called. I look forward to the improvements to cables in the future they are working to do. This company is hands down better than Frontier, we had so many issues. The repair folks were fine but the equipment was failing all the time that supported our area (I found out it was old and struck by lightning) but I was told if I didn't complain frontier would not fix anytime soon.... So I found this company and they came and since then it's been headache free!

I seriously CANNOT wait until the competitors take over this valley. they treat their customer base like shit because at one point they were the sole provider of services here for the whole Golden Valley Area. NEWS FLASH.... Straighten up or you'll be out of business. WECOM is coming and already installed wire on our street . I'm sure they have more value of thier customers and better more competitive pricing. OUT with the old IN with the new. when people pay money for service it should be a fair Barter. we ALSO shouldn't have to deal with ANY amount of Snotty or "bitchy attitudes" to be frank, not when the sweat drips off my brow to make their paycheck together as a community and public effort We float this company. When other options come about for service in this area... I highly recommend seeking them as your service provider.

We have never had a problem and our internet/WIFI is always running and very fast response. Well this is my opinion and I still feel this way. Why the 3 stars? We had to cancel our service with them due to the high monthly rate. I was disappointed about this and also a little upset. When I told them we were canceling and the reason why, they did not attempt to sweeten the deal so to speak. We were always on time with our payments and we had them over a year. They were offering new clients a very cheap rate. Evidently loyalty means nothing to them. Too bad! We are back at Suddenlink for Cable, Internet and landline. Phew now we can relax. I won't name the company we went with for our internet but it was terrible! Really bad! Always losing connection and daily had problems with streaming. The company we switched to for Tv, we have no complaints but we went back to Suddenlink with a bundle. So, so happy!

    I had Century Link in Phoenix AZ and the would not update the phone lines in my area,because they…read moresaid that neighborhood was older. I had them at my house multiple times to put a bandage on the problem. Finally my internet went completely out and when I called them they said they no longer service that area. I recently moved to Nevada and thought I would give them another chance to provide me with internet. That was a big mistake. I had the tech come and turn on my line in the morning and later that day my modem came by UPS. When I plugged everything in, I did not have any internet. I called customer service and was on the line for 45 minutes while they tried to troubleshoot on their end. I then had to schedule another appointment for a technician to come out to my home. I live in a gated community and customer service was asking about a build # which I didn't know because I just moved in. I gave her my address and she said that she would have to transfer me to take off the building # from their system. When she transferred me, I had to go through the whole process of verifying who I am ( name, phone #, address, account # ). Now I am looking at being on the phone with them for 50 minutes. I ended up getting frustrated with the run around and told them I want to cancel their service that I never even had. Do your research, but stay away from Century Link.

    if I could rate them a negative star I would. my parents called to switch the account to a…read moredifferent address, for some reason instead of just switching the account information they open a branch new account number. since they Never received statements my dad never knew that he was getting charged twice for the last 3 months. when we called them to inform about the situation the representative was trying to sell us product so we could get a discount and when I did the math it was over $2500 that he was charged, when explain to them the situation all they want to offer was a $100 credit (to me was a slap in the face) because clearly it was a mistake on their end when we switch the account from one address to a new address. Since I enroll my parents on paperless statement they NEVER received bills for the other account. so this last 3 years I was going off from the online account I set up for them and when my dad request the bills to get sent to the house we notice the 2 different account numbers. I have recordings of the guy ignoring my situation and trying to get me discounts. my parents have been with the company for more than 10 years. I'm trying to find help so we can at least try to get part of their money back.
