First of all, I feel like I had done a review last year for how well they treated my mother's car. She smokes inside the vehicle and I wanted to get it somewhat reasonable for the mechanics and they went over and beyond, the car not even smelling like smoke in one try when the car hadn't been washed probably ever. Now let's talk about MY car and what they did. We're talking previous beer stains prior to when I inherited the vehicle, mold and paint damage from weather and incidents - and lastly, 2 toddlers. In 6 years, while I have had the car washed and detailed, it still needed an entire makeover. ...and that's what they did. Sam called in extra backup, told me it would take 8 hours, was upfront with the price, and even offered to drive my friend and me as a personal shuttle service given the large time frame. They gave me air fresheners, they washed an dried the car seats, they took out every single stain that car had since I've known the little pumpkin. They removed and put back the covers, added extra services, and I was also impressed with their Kuromi accessory collection as well. My husband took my car to this place to get deep cleaned (I have dogs who shed a lot), and I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and quality of service that was provided along with the price! It was around 40 bucks for a sedan. I visited yesterday with my new car, which hasn't been detailed for 10 months and did have a lot of dog hair. I was expecting the same quality of service and paid extra to have my sports mat liners power washed ($60-normally $70. I think it's called the deluxe service. I was disappointed. There were black markings on my front bumper and trunk. There were still a lot of dog fur in my trunk, stains on my console and dirt on the sport mat liners. When I mentioned it to the employee, he was very professional, cleaned the console and sport mat liner with shiner fluid. I was concerned, seeing him use the same cloth to wipe down my sport mat liner and my console. He explained dog hair is difficult to get out, which I understand, and that is exactly why I bring my car to the car wash and paid extra for the service. Louie came over to inquire what was going on. He was very professional and empathetic. He explained they were busy, but did tell the employee to take his time. They both ended up working on the car, along with Abdul, who I think is the owner. Abdul and Louie went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I noticed a difference on the interior but there was some black marks on the front of my car. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism but am not sure if I'll return. I was there maybe a little bit over an hour, but not over an hour and a half. I will bring cash to tip next time instead of having to do cashback. I thought I could leave tip when I was rung up. I don't know if it collects a fee for the business but I think the employees appreciate having the cash handed to them anyway. I was giving them a shot to support a Glendora business, but it wasn't great. First of all, the service was great. Friendly, polite attitude when I got there. My review is solely on the JOB. Keep in mind my car is only 2 months old, so it is in excellent condition inside, so I don't know how they are at vacuuming, but I was talked into the VIP Wash.. $35. Usually, they take 30ish minutes or so. My car was done pretty fast; I was like, oh great! Fast service. My rims were filthy, and I paid extra for them to be cleaned. My windows had marks; I had to go over the entire car with my rag when I got home. I can understand maybe if staffing was spread thin, but I was the ONLY CAR there so.. yeah.. save your money and go elsewhere, they definitely need a revamp in service. read more

I got there around 8:10am Saturday morning. I went to full service line, no cars there, no employee there. Employee was helping out the self-service customers at the entrance of the car wash machine. He saw me and then walked away. I got tired of waiting 10 minutes, no help. I moved my car to self-service. Then that employee came out. I had to yell at him (because of the noise) to ask him whether full service was open. He said yes. So then I moved back to full service. I got a discount on a full service package because I had a coupon. Wash and interior clean were good. My car was really dirty. However, before I left, I went to check the hatchback of my HRV and he did not clean it. I have a towel there laying and I removed it and saw that the trunk was not vacuumed. So, I just did it myself since it was easy. I asked for a wet hand towel to wipe the back trunk. Other worker apologized. I went for a quick car wash. It left my car half dirty, so i asked if they could give a 2nd run. They said if i wanted to run the car through again that i would have to pay again. All carwash businesses that i have been to try to ensure your car is reasonably clean and have no qualms about running it through a 2nd time. When We opened the trunk, we had to ask one of the employees to vacuum inside, for it had not been touched. We spent $34.99 for each car. So a total of $70. Wasted. To build a business you need more than a sign and a price, you need to connect with customers and create relationships and that's what differentiates them from anyone else. They have different tier of prices for cleaning. They explain them all very well and are not pushy. I've been to other car washes where they're more pushy and it makes me uncomfortable. I am done with this place. Went in yesterday and they tried to sell me all kinds of additions to the hand wash that I requested. Kept pushing higher packages on me, and then offering to reduce the price when I said no.. I had to say no multiple times. Then, when my car was being dried and vacuumed, they tried to push a package on me saying they couldn't get some of the watermarks out, and they offered a special cleaning that would lightly sand and get them out for me. He insisted they were from a tree and couldn't be removed any other way. I said I don't want to do anything to my car that might compromise my lease agreement. Finally got him away from me. The interesting thing is when I got home, all those marks that he pointed out to me somehow were gone. I feel like if you drive in here with a nice car, they are going to try to get you to buy all kinds of extras. Happens every time, but this guy was particularly pushy. Also, I think if you're a woman, they're going to try to do the same. Too much wheeling and dealing for my taste. When I go in and say I want a certain wash, that's what I want. Don't try to dicker with me. Furthermore, the interior is filthy. Every time I've been there I think, "What would it take for you to clean your floors?" This place is so sad now. I'd feel bad if I wasn't so annoyed about getting ripped off. So the prices have gone up, like everything else in the pandemic, so I wasn't too shocked about that since I know everyone now has to try to make a living. However, I splurged on a Gold level car wash, which was 25 bucks. In the description, it literally says that they will specifically clean your drink caddy in the front seat. Well guess what? Not only did they NOT do that, they didn't bother to wipe the dust off of my dashboard and front console, very easily accessible areas that you would expect a carwash to do if you were paying them 25 bucks. The description also said something about cleaning lug nuts and tires, but I'm not even going to bother to look bc obviously if they can't swipe some dust off the ledge, they're not gonna scrub my lugnuts and tires. I came here on a Wednesday morning. There were many customers using their express service, where you vacuum the car yourself. There were plenty of stalls for this, 20 to be exact. I opted for the full-service (of course). The gentlemen advised me that I would require a hand wash, given that I have a bike rack attacked to the back of my car. This is a first. Nonetheless, I just wanted my car cleaned so I agreed. $44 total for this. It took about 30 mins, or less, because I walked down to another business to get my phone repaired in the meantime. Yes, I'm all about efficiency of my time, always!! When I returned, my babe was sitting pretty there awaiting ^_^ I took a walk around and it looked great!! An older gentlemen walked out with my keys. He was super friendly. He gave me some advise on car-care, which was nice. I tipped him & off I went. When I got inside, the interior was done pretty nice too. They did some areas that most other car wash establishments ignore, such as my cup holder, etc. I'm not sure if it was because I came during a lull or if they're always this detailed. I bought my car 6 months ago and had the urge to hand wash my car every week. That passion to wash my car every weekend has subsided and I guess it's becoming a bit harder to do. I really want to baby my car and make personal touches so I created a compromise. I decided to drive over to Route 66 car wash to do a quick wash and then come back home for the finishing touches for the interior and some spray-on wax on the exterior. Cost: The cost to wash your car is $8 for the basic, $10 for the gold and $12 for the platinum. I initially paid $8 to actually see what I was getting and felt it was decent enough to come again. Therefore, today I purchased the monthly membership for unlimited car wash for $19.99. What a deal! Because I came mid-month they charge me for half the price which makes perfect sense. Wash: As you drive through, a friendly gentleman will help you through the wash. He then gave me a clip board to fill out information for the membership so that he can install a barcode sticker on my winshield next time I come. This prevents people from bringing in multiple cars for their membership. The wash appears to work well and cleaned all around my car. The air blowers do a good job drying off my car. If you want, they have people to dry and vacuum for you for an extra cost but I don't recommend this. Vacuum: Come during off peak times so that you can stay longer to vacuum your car and dry your car own your own. Be sure to bring your own towels to wipe everything clean. I would recommend getting the vacuum closest to the machine which appears stronger. Also, park away from other customers because you have to use hoses on both sides. Other people may be using the hose next to you. I give this place 4 star because the price is unbelievable. I paid $22 dollars for 1 car wash sometimes and usually pay an additional $5 for tip. This place is truly a bargain and besides I rather vacuum the car myself. This place is also Tesla approved as my model 3 appears to be fine :) read more

Been battling with them to cancel a monthly subscription I was unaware I had agreed to since November 2023. It's now March 2024. They claimed I should have read the fin print while I was half hanging out my car window paying on the screen at the carwash entrance for a 30 day special. Once I discovered it was renewal plan I spoke to them in person and they claimed they would cancel and no further problem. So mo that later, several calls later and complaint with better business bureau and still putting up with this nonsense. During the 30 days they have a couple employees that are fantastic and a couple that are rude. They are not on same page. Always have a roof rack on my car and suddenly one guy says they can't wash my car because of the rack. Another time they want to charge $20 more for the wash than the previous time. I needed a wash badly so I got the VIP service and one mat clean ( rip off that they charge for regular stuff like mat cleaning). The vip included cleaning a lot like behind the back seats (foot prints) which did not happen. . It literally looked like the person wiped the one mat and wiped the tires.
