I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Fast5Xpress in Glendora. I brought my vehicle in for a routine car wash and was completely unaware that there was a very small crack at the bottom edge of my windshield--approximately the size of a baby penny or smaller. After going through the wash, that tiny crack rapidly spread all the way up to the middle of my windshield, making it unsafe and forcing me to replace the entire windshield at my own expense. I reported the issue immediately and spent weeks waiting for a response while trying to work through the situation professionally. Unfortunately, after replacing my windshield out of pocket, I received a response stating that they would not cover any portion of the damage because they believed the crack existed before entering the wash. While I understand that businesses have policies regarding pre-existing damage, it is frustrating that there was no willingness to acknowledge that the car wash itself may have contributed to turning a tiny, barely noticeable chip into a windshield that required full replacement. The lack of accountability and customer support after weeks of waiting was very disappointing. The manager was polite in his communication, but the final outcome left me feeling that customer concerns were not taken seriously. As a result, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. The RAV was in need of some serious TLC after the neighbors sprinkler just left a bunch of water spots. There were a few people on hand to help you select your wash. If you have a membership you can go to the right lane. Place was very efficient and not too busy at the time. It was definitely worth the wash to clean up the dirrty RAV. They have vacuums and air that makes drying up excess water in a hurry. So if your cars a bit filthy, you can clean it faster than Dominic Toretto's next Fast and Furious movie. God bless read more

Unfortunately they raised prices twice since opening now at $12 not competitive with other self service car wash in the area that still charge $8 to $10 including Route 66 car wash in Glendora who even have special's for $6. I understand cost of living but I am willing to drive an extra couple of miles to save money. After all I drive through and dry and vacuum myself. read more

Quick easy car wash with high power vacuums and lots of stalls to wipe down after. Only negative was that the rollers bend my front license plate back. Easy to drive thru. Just bring your own towel to wipe down. Buy one get one free come back within 3 days which is nice. Considering a membership. Great value for the cost. read more

My experience at Fast5Xpress Car Wash - Glendora, CA After what happened to my vehicle and how my claim was handled, I cannot recommend this location. I visited this location on 11/08/2025 . When I arrived home shortly after, I noticed visible scratch patterns on the hood and side doors that were not there before the wash. I immediately contacted the business and was asked to return to file a claim. The staff took pictures and stated they would review the damage. A few days later, the manager informed me the claim was denied because they said I had "no proof," even though the damage appeared right after the service and they took photos themselves. I also contacted their corporate office by email and never received a response. I'm sharing my experience so other customers can inspect their vehicles carefully after using this location and document the condition before and after their wash. read more

I went into the Monrovia location on 7-18 to get my nieces car washed and was met by an employee who for some reason wouldn't talk, had a frown on his face, pointed to the prices with his hand and got within arms length to my car to take my payment. No thank you, didn't tell me to come back in three days like you're usually told by the employee before you enter the wash, nothing, just an angry young man who shouldn't be working in a customer service position. I wasn't familiar with my nieces car, so the auto hold came on as I was entering the wash, the employee that guides you into the wash kept gesturing to me to put the car into neutral, which it was. He goes into the office and advises another employee of my predicament.....the look on that employees face said it all. The washes you get at these establishments are mediocre at best for a drive through car wash, so the employees you have need to learn a little of bit of customer service courtesy. The Glendora location is the opposite, good service, and that's all I ask for, be nice to people who pay money to keep your business running! read more

Great for the price! I chose the cheapest option ($10) which comes with the car wash and two dashboard wipes. Given the price point, don't expect the wash to completely clean your car. It was effective in washing the dirt but you'll likely still see some bugs and bird poop on the car. I recommend also bringing a towel because your car will still be wet in some places. They have vacuums available for free afterwards which is a nice plus. read more

I went with the $5 because my car was due for a good cleaning. Even though they were giving away free washes the line moved pretty quick and when done there was plenty of spots to vacuum. We love this place. It's new, fast, efficient and cost effective. I get a silver wash for $11, which lasts me a few months and I'm pretty happy with the result every time. Their vacuums are powerful and they have that little air blower that can get dust out of crooks and crannies. You get a complimentary wet wipe, but for the air freshener they charge a dollar. It was awful! The line took 15 min to get through! The employee taking payment talked to somebody a couple cars in front of me for about five minutes while people behind me were honking. All the while the people who have the monthly pass just zoom through in another lane. Then the employee that guides you onto the tracks wasn't very helpful and my car started going forward when it wasn't supposed to. Wash my truck twice a week and have had no issues (scratches) thus far. I've only had the monthly platinum membership for 2 weeks.. but I've washed the truck 4 times, so it's already paid for itself, IMHO. I will be washing the truck twice a week, so for me the value is excellent, especially in this heat! Perfect for summertime. I may just keep the monthly membership throughout the year. Takes me usually 1.5-2 hours to wash the truck so to get it done in less than 15-20 minutes is a plus for me. Only issue I have is the Amor-All for my tires doesn't work. I believe because of the size of tire.. but I was told, they can give me a pad with Armor-All on it.. but I use this service to get in and out. Maybe next time. read more

Worst service ever. It's my first time going here so I was new to the whole process. No line which is great but the worker was rude. My windows were rolled up since I thought the wash was going to start. My car was in neutral as instructed. Then the guy working there banged on my window and said he's been trying to get my attention for the last five minutes. Mind you i made eye contact with this dude like 5 times before and he would just stare and walk away on his phone or whatever he had. But apparently it's my fault that I didn't roll down my window. He could've just asked to roll it down or even gently knocked. He then proceeded to give me attitude and say stuff like how am I supposed to know and blaming me for not rolling my window down. They caught my eye with the Free sign. It's the new car wash on Lone Hill. The machine washes your car. You dry and vaccum it. Microfiber towels are available for purchase to dry your car, or you can do what others do, and just drive away after they finish washing your car. Your choice. No extra charge to use their vacuum. They even have compressed air to blow the water that's stuck between your mirrors, door handles, or other parts of your vehicle. 3.5 stars to me for the way I dried and vacuumed my car. I missed a couple of spots. 5 stars to Fast5xpress for introducing themselves to the community by offering free carwashes. read more

(I think it's their promo for opening recently) You can upgrade to platinum for only $5 so we ended up doing that. Wash was thorough and efficient and the vacuum stations were plentiful. Brought my wife's Yukon in for a quick rinse off since I maintain the vehicle that is a year old and in immaculate shape. I should've trusted my gut and not brought such a nice car into a drive thru wash but I regretfully did. I brought my own microfiber towels to dry off car and noticed orange/brown scuff marks to the passenger side and mirror. They were consistent with the size of there brushes so I went to talk to a worker and I was told Derek the manager would come out and see me. I was working on removing scuffs when Derek approached me and I showed him the damage, he did he was going to review cameras to see if damage was present upon entering wash which it wasn't. Derek returned and said he couldn't tell if the damage was previously there which it wasn't. He looked at the damage had me fill out a damage report and said "try to put some turtle wax on it and see if it goes away". I was in no mood for joking and asked him the diameter per the scrub brushes inside the car wash and he said he didn't know. I took the vehicle home worked on it for awhile and couldn't get the scuff marks off so I had a neighbor who details cars come look at it and he agreed it was dirt on the car wash brushes that scuffed the side and mirror. As a neighbor he only charged me $60 to fix it. I emailed Derek that I was merely seeking the money I paid a neighbor and a body shop would've charged me around $150. Derek said he would email me back letting me know about my claim within a day. I waited 2 days emailed a second time and was told he was waiting for his bosses response would notify me the following day. I waited another 3 days no response so I called car wash and Derek wasn't there so I emailed a 3rd time and told him approve my $60 claim or I would be opening a claim with BBB. The next day Derek emailed me back and said he submitted claim and I had to wait 2 weeks for my check that would be sent to the car wash. 13 days later Derek called and informed me my check was in. What a hassle for $60. Moral or the story don't bring a car you value to this car wash or you may regret it. A lot of run around and time consumption. read more

I signed up for their monthly all inclusive service and after my first three washes, I went onto the website to cancel as I was unhappy with the quality of the wash. I was surprised to see they charged me for the second month after I canceled. I went into the car wash and spoke to the manager, and he said that he would take care of it and that they would send me an email. They never did so. I went back in person and they told me that they don't have any record of my cancellation, this is the type of customer service they have at this business, stay away from their monthly services because they'll charge you an extra month if you cancel. read more
