It is the best Mexican dish I've ever had of it's kind. Their green sauce dip for the chips is also fantastic. I LOVE ordering extra green sauce for the Mexican Bowl. The Mexican Bowl is perfect on it's own, but their green sauce takes it to a whole 'nother level. I adore the Mexican Bowl for it's flavor, quantity and ingredients. Let's start with the protein. I get the beef. Their beef is everything to me. How can food be everything? I've never had beef this good in my life - except in my childhood when staying at my Mexican grandmother's house. Hence, you can imagine my face, and heart, when I took a bite of their beef!! Core memories unlocked. Ah, the things food can do. The Mexican Bowl isn't spicy either, which is perfect for me. I'm that oddball Latina that can't have food spicier than pico de gallo! Also, the mix of veggies, protein, etc, are just the right portions. Nothing over powers the other. The flavor in my mouth with each bite is like the very first. I highly recommend the Mexican Bowl, consider some green sauce on the side, if you're seeking a great, light, healthy, tasty Mexican dish. At least for me, it's more than a great dish.

I went for dinner and I was the only person in the restaurant on a Monday night. The server was sitting in the corner hiding behind an opened menu talking on his cell phone. After some time waiting (the bartender sat me) he eventually took my order. Even though the restaurant was empty my food took 40 mins. When I complained after 30 he assured me it would be out in a few minutes. I ordered the mixed grill Delicioso with seafood which when it arrived had been sitting cooking so long the fish was jerky. There were two tiny overcooked pieces of carnitas. Everything else was over cooked. So disappointing. After 25 visits this is likely my last. Clearly the place has fallen apart.

It has chairs with very nice seating. There's tables and there's booths. It was quite busy during a time when you wouldn't think it would be so busy. We were promptly seated. We were given chips and salsa and drinks and our order was taken. We had our food in front of us within 10 minutes of ordering. It was very very fast. I had street tacos and they were good. My husband had steak tacos and he enjoyed them. The prices are reasonable. They do charge more for credit cards. Their menu is large This is Mexican food not Tex-Mex. After the food was delivered, we did not see our server for the longest time. The man at the table behind us, was standing up, trying to look for a server to take his order. An elevated brewery pub, if you will. The decor definitely lends to that vibe. The food is really good and I dare to compare it to food we've had in Germany. I also love that they do a playful fusions of sorts with Texas & Czech foods. For example, the Czexan Potted Beer Cheese has a combo of sausages, peppers, meats, breads, and a cheese spread made with Czech beer. Perfect appetizer for two people and then some. My boyfriend loves the Texan Pocket Schnitzel. It's fried pork filled with jalapeños, ham, and cheese, served with mashed potatoes. I like the classic, authentic version of this. They do a fine job! I also love the Bavarian pretzel. It comes with a couple of different dipping sauces. Incredible beer pours that pair nicely with any of the meal options. We shared a flight that consisted of four different lagers. They also offer whiskey flights, brandy flights, wine flights, and cocktails. We didn't have dessert but I'm interested in the crème brûlée cheesecake next time 'round. Between staying at the hotel and eating at the restaurant, it was truly an experience that made me feel like we were back in Europe. Gotta hit up the beer spa next time too!

The patties were dry, flat, and looked like someone stepped on them before sending them out. ZERO love went into these burgers--none. Not even a sprinkle. Now I will say, the staff was super sweet--shoutout to the girl taking a shot with a customer at the bar, she was living her best life and honestly, I respect it But as for the food... yeah, probably won't be back.
