I had a wonderful expierence with buying my 2025 Santa Fe with Nick A. and Korey C! Both were very knowledgeable, patient, professional I could go on and on. Both Nick and Korey went over every detail in my car before I drove off. Nick went above and beyond!! I tell everyone I know these are the guys to see! Mike J or Steve E (not quite sure who the guy who negotiated my trade in was great as well. However with out going into details Jim the finance man made this experience a nightmare. He was upset that I would not add additional coverage especially the tire and rim, referring to living in Mass and the conditions of the road. He was annoyed as I read everything as you should before you sign, and I questioned the final bill there was a discrepancy. So because "I took up all his time, my paper work could not be completed I would have to come back in the morning. if there was a zero I would mail it to the owner. It should be named go for go somewhere else. My daughter bought a 2021 Hyundai Tucson from a local dealer. She had it for one week and the transmission needed to be replaced. So the local dealer took it to Auburn from Thomaston. They bypassed several closer Hyundai dealerships. Rowe Auburn has consistently over the last 6-7 weeks they have had her car, never answered the phones and NEVER returns her calls. Both my wife and I have tried as well. They told the original dealer a certain time, then it got changed, then they bumped it almost three week, still no answer, no updates. Avoid them at all costs. If my Hyundai broke down there, I would burn it before I let them touch it. Worthless and rude. I hope the owner sees this post. I will not remove this post even if they ask. read more

I was extremely impressed with Rowe Hyundai of Auburn and the professionalism their staff extended to me during my car buying experience. I was near lease end on my current vehicle and visited Rowe to begin looking at options for my next vehicle. I was greeted by Adam Loudermilk on the main showroom floor who had me test driving the Sonata within minutes. He then introduced me to Chris Goulette who was able to answer every question I had as well as showed me a few other options for vehicles within their lots. By the end I had test drove 3-4 vehicles from their lot. What impressed me the most was I didn't feel like I was being pushed into purchasing a vehicle each time I visited. Of course they want my business but when I explained my situation and that I wanted to do my research before making a decision they were understanding. They kept me informed of current incentives and rebates thru email and would occasionally call if a good deal was available or new vehicle hit their lot. Cleve, in their internet sales department was on the ball with information as well. All in all I walked out of Rowe Auburn Hyundai with a Sonata Limited with the technology package and I love the car. I walked into the dealership around 8:30am and was driving out by 11:30. That might seem like a while but their finance team was in a morning meeting. Chris went over all the various features of the vehicle before I left the lot and they helped me return my previous lease back to the dealership. I would highly recommend Chris, Adam and Cleve to help you with your car buying needs. Do not be afraid to ask them questions as they are very knowledgable and help you to understand what you are looking at and how it works. I would certainly buy my next vehicle with them. Just so you know I have never done this before. I"ve never written a review! but I feel like people should be aware! It started when i took my car in to get the tires rotated, 150 mile service, new computer module and a new fan motor for my heater installed. The next week as I was driving home from Boston the car started shaking like crazy and I pulled of the highway near Seabrook NH. Found a Sullivan tire nearby and was able to get in after an hour of wating. they told me that the lug nuts on my driver side front tire were almost off!! Wow! I could have been dead! OK everyone makes mistakes... but when I called they were not concerned and didn't call me back. I had to call again and explain and complain. Three weeks later my fan motor stopped working.I had to take it back three times ( an hour trip each way) and this last time it worked for about 6 weeks and has stopped but I can't trust them because the last time they "fixed" my fan motor coincidentally my condensor sprung a leak and they quoted me 500 dollars to fix it. It worked fine the day I brought it in...lol They also told me that lights on my dashboard were due to the computer module being broken so they replaced it for 800.00. THREE DAYS later all the lights were on once again. I took it back to hear that Axel tone rings needed to be replaced. These rings cost 30.00 a peice but they claimed it was a 3 hour job so would cost around 400.00 total. I took it to a local garage and for 45.00 (one hour) he fixed it. Hasn't been a problem since.I'm wondering if my computer module actually was bad... ah but that's just conjecture... My son brought his car there and they broke the arm that holds his hood up. They never mentioned it just threw it in the back seat and sent him on his way!! I am so spitting disgusted with their service, their lack of wuality and concern. I have also never done this before but I feel its necessary to warn others about this dealership. Bought my 2nd Santa Fee there great experience loved my sales rep and got a good deal. The problems started when I agreed to purchase the extended service and warranty plan, after all I had been a good standing customer for 15 years plus. Brought the car in 5 times for service and had problems all 5 times. They can't seem to reset the service warning system and when I ask them to reset it they tell me its easy and want to show me how to do it??? Also had a flat tire and brought it in for a new one. Still have the nice black scrap on my beautiful leather seat because they threw the spare in my backseat rather then putting it back under the car, had to go back and ask them to put back in the right place. Also fun to make an appointment there, Made an appointment for a simple oil change I get there and am told I don't have an appointment and will need to come back, horrifying customer service and I think I have figured out why. After speaking to the OWNER I am told I have a "black cloud of unhappiness over me" Yup VERY unhappy to have paid for such horrible service. A shining example he gives to his employees. I am now getting a refund on the remaining service and extended warranty contract which I am not happy about as my car will no longer have the extended warranty. I am however a little relieved I will not have to deal with such a foul man again. I am a business owner and would never treat my customers so poorly. Again, loved the purchase experience but the customer does not come first at this dealership, rather the customer is let down and then abused by management. Awful experience just awful. read more
