Paid for a basic wash. The dude at the front who was trying to sell car washes, you need a new salesman. Just asking to buy a membership isn't selling, offer me a brochure to take home or something. Absolutely terrible experience. The only reason they got one star is because it wouldn't let me give zero stars. My wife took my truck through this car wash and it came out with major damage. Because they refused to accept responsibility for the damage their machines did, we immediately cancelled the subscription after that mess. Thought that would be the end of it, but nope -- a month later, they went ahead and charged our debit card AGAIN without authorization. Not only did they damage my vehicle, but they also had the nerve to steal from my account after I cancelled. Stay far away from this place unless you want your vehicle damaged and your bank account charged for services you didn't agree to. Complete scam operation. read more

The most fraudulent monthly charges of any car wash. They do not communicate with their customers about being charged. They will increase the monthly charge without an agreement or a signed agreement that they say you have signed that you have not signed. read more

If I could give a rating below 1 star I would. The guy at the gate was so pushy on the special trying to get me to pay $30. I said no 3x. And asked for the $15 wash. Refused the service and said that that wash will not clean my car efficiently and said he would have to preasure wash it for $10 extra =$26. No thanks, I want to spend only $15 only even if that means it's still dirty. AGAIN REFUSED to let me purchasen $15 wash. Told me I will mess up his brushes from the dirt.. REALLY?? WTH DOES THAT EVEN MEAN!?? I said I aml not willing to pay more than $15 right now. He said he can't let me wash my car unless I pay the $26. I can pressure wash my car for $3 down the road. No thanks. He practically told me to leave the line and refused to let me purchase $15 wash. Never will I give you my business. Your customer service is horrible and your people are rude and pushy. This place has officially gone down the crapper. I purchased the deluxe car wash and it was basically water with some brushing. I could have spit more soap on my car than this car wash puts out. I pulled in to get my vehicle washed between appointments I had in the area. Mind you, I have a membership in my hometown 45 minutes away but I had time to kill and a Cadi that needed a wash. I pull up and sat there for several minutes before the guy came to my lane. He was talking to another employee. I was the only vehicle waiting. He walks over and says, if you put your car through the wash, it's going to scratch it unless you pay an additional $15 for us to rinse it off first. (I was planning to get the $25 wash that only included washing the outside of the vehicle.). Wait, what?!!! I said that's ok, I have a membership elsewhere. I'll just go there and started rolling up my window. He didn't expect that, so he said, "wait, what wash were you planning on getting?" I told him "nope, too late, I'm done with you!" Just because your business is in the Rowlett/Rockwall area, don't try to take advantage of people!! Every drive through car wash of this type I have been to in recent years, washes your car off first before you go through. Find some other sucker!! These guys literally SCAMMED us. Me and my friend went to get her car washed here, and my friend paid $25, which is the most expensive kind of wash. We expected a high quality wash, but they made us go through the machine one time, the guy pressed the buttons, and for some reason him and his coworkers started giggling and laughing at us. None of them were cleaning cars besides pressing buttons, which was also very odd. Me and my friend didn't want to cause problems so we didn't say anything and just went to use the rags to clean up. Tell me why the rags did a better job at cleaning the car than the machine did? The workers here are extremely lazy, and they took advantage of the fact that we've never gotten a car washed before. They just made us drive through the machine one time and didn't even tell us to come back for it to be cleaned more. This is why most of the workers here are bald. Get better employees. Also, they cracked a window. read more

Have always gone to this carwash ever since it opened. Today I finally decided to do the $19 a month for unlimited car washes. I got my car washed and parked by the vacuums to wipe my car down with a towel. I then saw part of the cleaning things stuck on a piece of my car. I took it off to go show them and they said they were going to help me out. They went back and checked the cameras then called me back to show me, they tried convincing me that the piece was already popped off before my car went through the wash. My car is a 2024 and was bought 3 months ago. I drive it everyday and I assured them it was not popped off before hand. He continued to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. He then said he was going to ask for another opinion and brought someone else (the guy who is there when u pay before you go through the car wash) he assured me he had no clue what was going on and was just asking for a second opinion. So when he walked in the guy immediately ask do you see anything wrong with the back area of the car, the guy he brought in immediately pointed to the spot that was "broken before" and said "that part looks popped off"I assure you it didn't look that way and the sun was reflecting off my car on the camera. Either way, the guy he brought in 100% knew the situation before hand considering he immediately pointed to the problem area. After 10 minutes of arguing back and forth and assuring him my car was not messed up before hand i finally walked out without saying a word because at the end of the day im a 21 year old who just bought her first car and i am very upset that they acted like i was stupid and incompetent. I then had my friends go up there with my debit card and had them cancel my new monthly membership that i was really looking forward to. The guy he brought it ended up giving the car wash for free so i will be getting back $16 to fix my car. The guy acted like me and my two friends were stupid and almost seemed like he was trying to gaslight me into believing it was messed up before. I am very upset and will have to come out of pocket to fix this, everyone is struggling right now and I found it extremely upsetting and rude that they had no remorse for me being upset that my brand new car got messed up. read more

As this place is so near me and does Great Car Cleaning Detail... I went again and avoided 'that guy'. The new to me guy was sooo willing to help me get the cleaning I desired beyond the $8 wash. It was dried, vacuumed, got in all the crooks and crannies, wiped all the plastics & wheels to a shine! Used polite words when communicating and the car looks Amazing!! The manager spoke with me so I could share my previous experience so he might find a solution to the one employee to better serve the company. read more

We signed up for the monthly pass and every time they have to reenter our credit card and license plate. Normal car, should be a slam dunk for them and us but I guess they are still working out the bugs. Cancelling membership, and I suggest you stay away until they get it fixed. read more

Have gone before and had an okay experience but I went today and was told that I couldn't get any full service packages because they were "already closed for the day" even though they still had 3 hours left being open. Not sure why there aren't "full service hours" posted if that's the way they do things, when I went to do the interior myself, there were towels in any of the containers and I was told that there wouldn't be any the rest of the night. how does that make sense? read more

The quality of wash was terrible, would have had better results putting dish soap on my car and parking it out in the rain to rinse off. Car was dirtier coming out of the wash then it was going into it. Vacuums weren't good, towels to use were old and ragged. I can see why this place is dead every time I pass it. My car was filthy on the inside and outside. They did a great job cleaning my car. I paid for the Silver Car Wash. They really got into the interior cleaning every nook and cranny! They were knowledgeable about their products. The manager was kind and helpful. The other employees were very pleasant to engage with if you have any questions. You can sit in their clean lobby and wait for your car interior to be cleaned as well! Very impressed with this place. read more

Rowlett car wash completely swirled my paint job while buffing. It also burning a spot on my fender flare as well as damaging one of the badges on the truck. It has still not been resolved in two weeks. I highly recommend you avoid this car wash at all costs because it will cost you .! read more

I stopped by this car wash today while in rowlett and was harassed by a guy standing by the car wash selection trying to force me to get a car wash plan. I told him no I didn't want it , he then asked me why and asked for my debit card so I could pay through him. I told him no he wasn't getting my card I can use my card myself to make a payment. This guy started yelling why I'm not letting him service me and then yelled to hurry up and make a select I was holding up traffic, after he was wasting time trying to force a car wash plan on me. This is unacceptable, and no one should have to deal with this type of harassment. I will be reaching out to their corporate office. read more

I did get suckered as I signed up for what I thought was just a one month special only to find by the charges on my account later that it was a yearly membership since I didn't cancel it after the intro 30 days. I have been a customer of this car wash since it opened and my family HAD three memberships. The car wash is ok, although it does not have some of the amenities of others in the area and is more expensive. Today I went to wash my truck and they only have 2 lines, and one was closed. I VERY politely tried to give the "employee" that was working the line feedback that they should have a lane open for people with memberships so we don't have to wait while they sell the single washes to others. The first thing this guy tells me is we can cancel if we don't like it. He immediately started telling me he was too busy to take my feedback, and THEN TOOK A CALL ON HIS CELL -PHONE WHILE HE WAS TELLING ME HE WAS TOO BUSY! I was obviously annoyed and decided to just roll up my window, wash the truck and move on, but he wanted to come up to my truck and jack his jaw at me over and over saying "You want to cancel, you want to cancel, you want to cancel'. I told him I just want to wash my damn truck for him to open the gate and he then screams F%#C YOU! Seriously? Everyone in line heard it (the lady behind me immediately cancelled her membership). Then this clown absolutely refuses to cancel my other two memberships. REFUSES! I spoke to the District Manager, who was very apologetic and asked what he needed to do to make it right, so I asked him if he went to a store and an employees told him F%#C YOU, would you shop there again, and he said no. He promised to cancel the other membership, but no one has confirmed. There are MANY other options for car washes in Rowlett, even a new one that is about to open. Spend your money somewhere else unless you want to be treated like yesterday's garbage so you can buy an overpriced wash. Then, when you have a bad experience, they REFUSE to cancel the membership.
