Today I was stuck in the car wash for over 5 minutes, honking my horn, yelling out my window, and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out to tell me, "it should be on soon"...I said, shouldn't you have someone come explain to the customer what's going on, especially since I've been honking for 5 minutes. His response, "it takes a minute to walk down here"....umm it's not a 5 minute walk from one end of the car wash to the next. I will not be returning.

This business charged us after we canceled -- and that is completely unacceptable…read more On October 4, 2025, I signed up for a promotional unlimited car wash membership for $15 (regularly $28.99). I paid at the front desk and canceled immediately because we live very far away and could not use the service consistently. There was also a separate promotion for a $39.99 membership for $0.01 for the first month. We canceled that as well for the same reason -- distance. Despite canceling, we later discovered two charges on our account: * $28.99 on October 4, 2025 * $39.99 on November 22, 2025 We did NOT authorize these charges. This is not a misunderstanding. When a customer cancels immediately, there should be no additional charges. Period. Finding surprise withdrawals months later feels deceptive and dishonest. Businesses build trust through transparency. Charging customers after cancellation destroys that trust. Customers should not have to constantly monitor their bank accounts to protect themselves from unexpected billing. We actually liked the service. If we lived closer, we would have kept the membership. But distance made it impractical -- and that should not result in being charged anyway. I expect a full refund and a proper explanation. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this business. Check your bank statements carefully if you sign up for anyone

I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine.
