Excellent service here at this Carnation! We ordered the premium wash that includes tires shine for our minivan and I appreciated the young man who was really sweet to our young girls in the car. He offered suckers (however many they wanted) and when we couldn't decided on the car freshener scenery we wanted, he simply gave us both at no extra charge. The self vacuuming stations were well stocked and I loved how powerful their machines were. Made our car feel like new! read more

Hello, I rate this location as a 2-star. I have experienced a bit of unethical and shady service. They promise you can cancel at any time, but after numerous requests, online submission blocks, and phone calls, the cancellation was denied. I asked to be sent to collections if they have a balance so I could slowly pay it off, but was denied, and I have yet to receive a bill or statement asking for payment. That apparently isn't an option either. This location has repeatedly attempted to charge my account at least 3 to 4 times within a 24-hour period. I can report fraud on my account, but I just wanted to see just how unscrupulous they would be. I spoke to them to resolve the issue, but the manager only promised they would stop charging my account after 10 business days. Lies, because it has been a couple of months now that they have continued this shady business practice. I was quoted three different prices, and each time they ran my card, the amount was different. The cleaning for my truck is subpar, and many surfaces were left untouched. On the last visit, I experienced much the same even after upgrading my membership. When I paid extra for shine on my tires, one of the tires was completely missed, and the others were coated spotty, and by the drive home, no shine was visible. This has happened on a few occasions, making it a low-value investment, so I have not returned within the last few months. Although I have not received a resolution, I am writing this review to let customers know about my experience, check their subscriptions, encourage them not to fall for this trap, and alert others to check and review their transaction history for action and awareness. read more

DON'T GO HERE! IT'S GONE DOWN HILL! I just wasted $25 at this place. When this place was Lakeside it was pretty decent. Now it's just a drive through car wash with bays for vacuuming. If you want them to clean the inside it's minimum $50. When I got home I spent 30 minutes cleaning the outside, because of the poor job they did. I will now have to spend part of Saturday washing the outside myself. I drove from the most Northwestern corner of Rockwall to this place because I used to like it. Won't ever make the drive or waste money here again. Front bumper was still full of bugs. None of the black exterior plastic on the car looked clean at all. Roof is basically smeared dirt. read more

I wanted a clay cleaning of my Ford Fusion and nobody seemed to offer it but this company, which was in my city. Granted I know I could have gone further out but I wanted to try this place once. My car looks amazing!! We had to set up an appointment for this exterior clay clean and wax but it looks like when I took it off the showroom floor 12/2011. I am pleased. On the negative side they do try to up sale you for interior cleaning or a monthly wash. But we didn't want any of that since we allready have a subscription with another carwash right now and they are doing a good job. I will recommend the clay clean, its pricy, but seeing my car this way makes it all worth it. (I might add for a regular car wash you sit in your car but if you want interior cleaning you are stuck outside. There is no longer any indoor seating at this shop). read more

Great service and nice clean waiting area and restrooms. When I inspected their work and found one area that needed a little more cleaning they were happy to do it. Didn't have to wait long and would highly recommend them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was a bit pricey. But this was a splurge for me and my car needed cleaning very badly. Just left. A drive through car wash would have been equivalent and much cheaper. If you want them to even go into your car to clean anything, it's a minimum $40 wash and goes way up from there. They try to sell you a monthly membership so the expensive washes are "half off". No thank you. The "hand dry" that came with my $20 wash (which I only got because I needed the wheels done) was terrible. The first time I've not topped someone for drying my car. There are still water spots everywhere, they don't open the doors to wipe down the the inside where all the water sits after the wash. They didn't wipe the mirrors or the back of the car at all. She was "done" drying the car in about 1.5 minutes. They tire package I paid extra for was worthless. All tires are filthy after leaving. Absolutely not worth it. By the way, their "full service" wash was $100. I will not be going back. read more

They were shoes scuff marks on much of the interior. My car was not dirty to begin with at all as it was purchased on New Year's Eve 22. Is one star the lowest I can give? I have a dog who enjoys the front seat. I've been coming to this car wash for years and it's never been a problem vacuuming the hair out ... until today. The guy who worked on vacuuming it said he couldn't get most of the hair out (and didn't want to try) because it was too much. I needed to get a detailed wash for that. I explained that it's never been a problem in the past. I paid for my wash and they did their job and vacuumed. Seems it is not this way any more. Spoke with manager and he said he would check. This is going to be a long review because there's no way to make it short. I used to love coming here when it was Lakeview. I've been been here one other time since ownership changed and had a poor experience the first time as well. I thought I would give it another shot because who knows. I got the $45 ultimate wash, which is supposed to include wiping door panels, dashboard and center console. When my car was "done" I noticed that none of these things had been touched. I also noticed that parts of my car (the backseat and trunk) were not vacuumed at all. The interior of my car looked literally exactly like it did before I went there. I drove back up to the front to double check what was included in the package. I mentioned my concerns to the guy up front who I had spoken to initially. He told me that he is new and doesn't know what's included and that "it depends on the person because they all do it differently". He told me I would have to drive back around and talk to the people who do the interior cleaning (even though he was the one who vacuumed). At this point I had a bad taste in my mouth, so I decided to leave and just not come back. My sister in law was with me, and once we started talking about it, I decided to turn back around and ask them to clean it. When I went back, they did wipe down the dash board and some of my center console, but it was still a shotty job. They did not wipe down the doors, which is specifically part of the ultimate package. I have dogs, so I really wasn't expecting a pristine job. However, the final product was just an embarrassment. I brought my car home and vacuumed it out and wiped it down myself. These pictures are from AFTER I went beck for the second time. Don't waste your time or money!!! Did the mini detail, spent a few hours waiting which I knew would happen. When I left they did not clean my rims, bumper or grill, they were more driven to get you to sign up for a service that's clearly not worth it. Not the first time either, almost half the time I go here they miss very clear areas of cleaning, with the prices they charge it could be better. read more

This place is a joke.... Please go anywhere else but here. Waited an hour to get a normal car wash..... didn't realize this is a place you have to get out of your vehicle and wait but I didn't think it would take an hour. Got back in my car at treed all that waiting and I have bird crap still on my window and the front of my car. People were just standing around not even getting their vehicles that were done because there is no system here. If I didn't walk to my vehicle and ask, no one came to tell me or let me know. It was busy and I understand everything is hand dried and you can get details here etc but an HOUR? For a wash and hand dry ... no detail or anything and I left paid $17 ... an hour of my time... and still have bird shit on my car and water stains all over it. read more

Paid $70 for a mini detail. They broke a clip piece that helps keep my back seat connected when it flips up to lay them down. Still dog hair everywhere. Didn't seem to vacuum at all! WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! I will make sure everybody I know never goes here either. read more

I came here today and asked the guy for an "INTERIOR" detail. I specifically asked for my seats to be shampooed. He said ok and told me it would be $100. I went in and paid. I left and came back 2 hours later and saw that the outside of my car was really clean and looked like it had been waxed. I inspected the inside and it was only wiped down and "vacuumed". The seats were not shampooed. I talked to one of the guys and he said that I got the "Carnation" service and that shampooed seats weren't included. So I asked him how much an interior detail usually is and he told me $175. I let him know that I would pay the difference and pay them $75 to finish detailing the interior and shampooing the seats. He asked his manager if that was ok and his manager told him that I needed to pay $225 since they did an exterior detail and that I should pay for that as well. This does not make any sense to me since I did not ask for exterior detailing. I left. Also, the Carnation service I did pay for includes vacuumed interior, why wasn't my trunk vacuumed at all?!
